The apartment is located in a quiet yet well-connected area of Pescara. It’s a 3-minute walk from the sea (a fully equipped beach or a public beach); 600 m from the marina; 600 m from Avalos Park—the D’Annunzio Pine Forest Nature Reserve; and 800 m from the university. The city center is a 5-minute drive or city bus ride away, and can also be easily reached in 10 minutes by bike via a convenient bike path that allows you to leave your car behind for most of your vacation.
