A generously proportioned living and dining room of 50 square metres follows, also featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a television, with direct access to the garden. A separate kitchen and living room is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, and benefits from its own open-hearth fireplace as well as a further exit to the garden. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.

Good house for a large family. Friendly owners, pleasant, great garden, excelllent position, nice view on the Adriatic sea. Cutlery, plates, glasses not accordingly, modest. We can recommend this house.
