villa nuba is een fijne sfeervolle accommodatie in het groen, gunstig gelegen aan de rand van Perugia. We waren er in februari, dus hebben niet van de buitenfaciliteiten gebruik gemaakt. Het huis is ruim en goed en compleet ingericht. De eigenaar is bijzonder gastvrij, geeft veel tips en 24/7 beschikbaar bij vragen. we hadden een heel fijne tijd in villa nuba.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Nuba in Perugia verbracht, die sich sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub eignet. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums auf einem großen Grundstück in idyllischer Lage. Für Erwachsene ist das Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar, mit Kindern haben wir das Auto nutzen müssen, da der Weg steil ist und teilweise keine Gehwege vorhanden sind.Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die umliegenden Hügel haben wir sehr genossen.Der Salzwasserpool war großartig zum Entspannen und zum Planschen und Schwimmen für die Kinder. Die Wohnung selbst selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir benötigten, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Sie bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Urlaub, und wir würden dieses Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, wenn etwas ist.

Absolutely Beautiful

The villa is so cute and charming. Super close to the city center. Giuseppe was incredibly kind, even drove us around and showed us where things were! Perugia was our favorite destination (and we went to a few big places)! It is absolutely beautiful. So so worth it!

Perugia’s best

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nuba. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very knowledgeable of the area, even took us on a short tour in his car to highlight stores, restaurants, etc we might be using. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and the temperpedic mattress was great. We would definitely rebook if coming to the area again. Thank you Giuseppe.

Beautiful home away from home

We spent a week at Villa Nuba. It has a great location. Less than a five minute drive from the center but very quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds. Mosquito screens. Nothing will disturb your rest. Lovely to return to after the day if sightseeing. Giuseppe is a lovely host who speaks great English. He will give your great recommendations for restaurants or anything you might need. Do not hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!

Great villa in an excellent location.

The villa is mostly well set up and has everything we needed. It has a homely feel but with temperatures in the 30s during the day, it got very hot and sleeping at night was not easy. Giuseppe is a great host and nothing is too much trouble for him so he provided fans to help with cooling.Aircon is advertised as available - but with an extra charge of 20 Euros per night. We stayed a week and Villa Nuba was an ideal base from which to visit some of the many interesting towns and villages in beautiful Umbria. We loved Perugia and Villa Nuba and highly recommend.

Our host Giuseppe was extremely friendly and always ready to help. Apartment was super clean and fully equipped. Beds were very good to sleep in. Our apartment had both a balcony and a patio on the other side. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and the neighbourhood is very quiet, a lot of birds singing especially in the mornings. The pool is a must in hot Italian summer, and it was also very clean and we'll taken care of, as well as the whole garden and yard. It is also safe to keep the car inside the property, behind the locked gate. The beautiful Perugia old town is about 2 km from Villa Nuba, walking uphills when going there and strolling downhills when coming "home". Taxi is also a good option and easy to catch. The closest grocery is about 500 m. All in all Villa Nuba was an excellent base to explore Umbria and Tuscany. We spent there a whole week, and can warmly recommend it for couples and families!

Fantastic slice of paradise

My husband and I along with our baby spent 3 weeks here. It was everything we wanted from our trip - calm (the birds tweeting morning til night), a glorious swimming pool and outdoor space, spectacular views and close to the supermarket, bakery and buses into the centre. Our appartment had plenty of space and everything we needed. Thank you. Giuseppe for all your local tips and for making our stay so enjoyable.

ruhige, luxoriös eingerichte große Ferienwohnung

Unsere gesamte Familie (6 Personen) konnte sich hier hervorragend entspannen. Die Wohnung war ruhig mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Wohung war im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Wohnung sehr gut und luxoriös eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts (ausreichend Besteck, Töpfe/Pfannen& Küchengeräte, alle Küchen"werkzeuge" vorhanden, sogar Küchenhandtücher). Selbst eine ausreichende Verbrauchsmaterial war für den Start übers Wochenende vorhanden: Klopapier, Kaffee, Brot, Milch, Geschirrspültabs, Waschmittel, Mückenvergrämung etc.. Der Hausherr wohnt neben an und hilft bei allen Fragen und Problemen. Es gibt 3 Ferienwohnungen und das Haupthaus des Vermieters. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Es handelt sich um einen Salzwasserpool. Was wir sehr gut fanden. Durch das Salzwasser war der Pool nicht gechlort. Der Salzgehalt im Pool ist geringer als im Meer, sodas ein unmitelbaren Duschen nach dem jedem Poolbesuch nicht notwendig ist. Die Pooldusche ist, das zeigt die luxoriöse Einrichtung, auch mit Warmwasser ausgestattet. Es ist Luftline zwar nicht weit zum Zentrum von Perugia, aber weil es stetig bergauf geht, sind wir u.a. weil es jeden Tag weit über 30 Grad war immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Geparkt werden kann auf der Anlage (jeder Mieter erhält ein Fernsteuerung fürs Tor). Die Gesamtanlage ist umzäunt. Diebe sind nicht zu erwarten, zumal der Hausherr in der Regel da ist. Wir urlauben nur in Ferienwohnungen, weil wir gerne viel Platz haben wollen (ich schätze unsere Wohnung auf > 80 qm) und uns gelegentlich selber kochen wollen. Diese Wohnung gehört zu den TOP Wohnungen, die wir in den letzen 3 Jahrzehnten gebucht haben. PS: Das Jacuzzi haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir im Hochsommer hierfür kein Bedürfnis hatten. Vielleicht kommen wir im Winter wieder und nutzen es dann. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen.

Vicino al centro e ai servizi principali con l'utilizzo dell'auto se non piacciono le salite a piedi. 😅 Pace e tranquillità a tutte le ore. Super accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Appartamento spazioso con tutto il necessario nel suo complesso, il bagno però un pò strettino.

Lovely home, amazing host

We stayed with Guiseppe for 5 nights. The moment we arrived he personally took us around town to show where everything is and how to get there. The villa was more than we could have ever expected. Very comfortable beds, nice fully equipped kitchen. The pool, eventhough not very deep, was amazing to relax in after visiting a very special winery, recommended to us by Guiseppe. In short, the incredible high level of service given by Guiseppe made our stay truly memorable. Thank you Guiseppe and you will see us soon!

Lejlighed med smuk udsigt

Rigtig fin velkomst. Værten sørgede for, at man kunne klare sig til næste dag med en velkomstkurv. Værten tog os på en hurtig guidetur i området. Dejlig poolområde. Smuk udsigt over landskabet. Gå afstand til Perugia centrum (ca 30 min).

A lovely house in a good location

We had a great week staying at Villa Nuba. Lovely pool area, perfect for families. Giuseppe, the owner, was very helpful and gave us a good introduction to surrounding area, restaurant recommendations etc. Good location close to central Perugia which offers many great restaurants, but be prepared for some steep uphill walks!
