Abbiamo prenotato e pagato per una camera quadrupla ma la sistemazione era piuttosto corrispondente ad una camera doppia con l’aggiunta di due letti singoli. Conseguentemente l’ambiente è risultato angusto e mal vivibile. Il costo è sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità della sistemazione.

beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(. but some people like it. I recommend it.

All in all, excellent. Loved our stay here with a small baby. Nice food in the restaurant each night, and relaxed. Pool was clean, with pool bar. Very good value for money. The only thing to comment was that the AC was a bit unreliable, one night it did not work fully.

Das Frühstück war super mit grosser Auswahl. Gute Brotauswahl (selbstgemacht!) und das Rührrei frisch zubereitet. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, gerne bereit, nützliche Informationen und Tipps zu geben. Der Pool sah sehr gepflegt aus, uns war es aber noch zu kalt um ihn zunutzen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war top und für was man erhielt fair im Preis.

Worth trying
Really nice hotel outside city centers. Very easy parking. Very cute! It is an old villa very well converted into hotel. The service is very nice.

Estadia razoável.
O local vale o que se paga, no entanto estranhamos que o hotel seja avaliado como 4 estrelas. Os quartos são pequenos e simples oferecendo apenas o conforto e amenidades essenciais. A localização é bem distante do centro de Perúgia, o que poderia proporcionar um momento de silêncio e relaxamento, no entanto o ruído da estrada na área externa não favorece uma noite romântica. Já para os quartos não houve qualquer incômodo.

Een geweldige locatie super vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig ontbijt en een voortreffelijk restaurant met veel wijn keuze. Kamer en badkamer heel erg netjes. Kort bij leuke dorpen en steden.

Not up to the standard presented
Was very disappointed to learn on arrival that the pool was closed. This was mid May on a day that was 20+ degrees and my reason for booking the hotel in the first place was due to the many images showcasing the pool area. After a long day travelling with my young family, the idea was to relax by the pool for the day. I considered perhaps taking a swim anyway but when we looked at the pool area it was clear it hadn't been cleaned. I asked the receptionist and she was very defensive about the situation telling me that the pool is at a depth that requires a lifeguard (?!) and that May is out of season (?!). The website claims the pool is seasonal but there are no details. The spa is a 2 person spa that requires booking so that wasn't an option either. Also the children's play area was a tired looking little tikes plastic slide. The hotel is also very close to the main road so is very audible when outside. The positives here were the restaurant and the man I assume was the restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was good and there was plenty of very good choice for breakfast. To be honest I feel miss sold and disappointed with how I was dealt with when I raised my points in person. I feel the hotel is more concerned with the local business trade.

Beautiful property located 30 minutes from Perugia and Assisi. Lovely restaurant on site that served a la carts meals. The breakfast in the morning was a beautiful buffet spread. We used the spa on site and it was amazing. We also had massages. Everything was very high quality. The only down side is the close distance to the motor way. The noise is quite loud but it’s still a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful but soulless.
The hotel and grounds are very well landscaped and look gorgeous. My superior room was spacious, clean and well equipped but not very welcoming or comfortable. I asked reception for a more comfortable chair to sit in, and to their credit they gave me one. However, travelling on my own I found the place lacked warmth and a welcome. Especially in the dining room. Breakfast was included but was very unimaginative and never changed. Supper was awful. I don’t think I would rush back.

Gorgeous property!! Felt so Italian. I found the room to be tiny for two people but it made up in charm. Very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. They have a spa on premises for guests who want to rent out the space privately and a fantastic restaurant for dinner and free breakfast.

Wij hebben 3 heerlijke dagen hier gehad. De locatie tussen Perugia en Assisi is perfect. Het terrein is prachtig, heel rustig (oktober). Ontbijt prima. Kamer niet heel groot voor 3 personen. WiFi uitstekend. Het diner viel helaas tegen. Jammer dat je extra moet betalen voor de sauna (€25 pp, minimaal 2 personen). Stond nergens.

This small resort was a welcome respite from a busy eight days in Venice and Rome. It’s pastoral setting, pool, luxurious bathroom, and spa services were just what we needed for a two day break. The staff was welcoming and attentive and the on site bar and restaurant are a real plus. The room’s rustic setting and some nice interior architectural details give a sense of history and calm. Our only complaint is that the mattress was a bit too firm for us. If we’re ever in the area we’ll return.

ottima location con difficoltà per arrivarci.con affaccio su super strada quindi niente finestre aperte(la mia dava su una scala esterna). stanza bella ma con metratura al minimo sindacale. climatizzazione rumorosa .Cena commerciale con salumi da discount . Colazione superiore alla media. personale che non ti avvisa di eventuali servizi a pagamento (siamo arrivati alle 18 e per un ora i tele della piscina ci sono costati 3 euro l'uno)

Sehr geschmackvolle Anlage mit super Pool
Assisi und Perugia in der Nähe abends Ruhe und Entspannung in der tollen Anlage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer und Angeste. Erstklassiges Frühstück und ein Spitzenrestaurant, was will man mehr? Zimmmer etwas klein und Autostrasse in Hörweite als Negativpunkte.
