"Everything was as expected except the property was so much nicer than even the photos. Valentina is a wonderful host snd communicates well in English. We found the slightly out of town location very convenient. The Nero Gatto restsurant literal l y around the corner (1 mile) was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful menu and great service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend if you don't want to go all the way into Perugia."

"Loved this apartment! The location is spectacular - the front door opens out to restaurants and cafes and it’s a central spot with quick access to a lot of great activities. The space was beautifully decorated and modern with very unique architectural elements that we really appreciated. "We had a wonderful experience! Stephan was there to geet us when we arrived, showing us how everything worked. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, which we used to eat dinner in a couple of nights, after eating out so much in our travels. Stephan also recommended a pizza place, which was fantastic! The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular, with a wonderful view of Assisi in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this as a vacation getaway!"

"Comfortabele woning van alle gemakken voorzien op 15 min loopafstand van het centrum. Ook dichtbij start roltrap naar centrum. Geen locatie voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Parkeren op openbare weg vlakbij appartement is meestal goed mogelijk met aanwijzing gastvrouw. Aardige gastvrouw die snel communiceert."

"We were in Perugia for a family wedding. The location of this property was within walking distance of the shopping and dining locations. The home was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The property's owner/family was very helpful with navigating the town and whenever we had a question or concern they answered their phone and provided assistance.
