"I was happy with the house, however, there were bugs in the 2nd floor tub and there was garbage in the bathroom trash cans in the upstairs and downstairs trash cans. The toilets on both floors also had a residue that was not cleaned out and there was a box in the drainage tray."

There was one window AC unit for the whole house during a 90 degree heat wave."
