"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

Among our favorite stops were: Gloagburn Farm Shop, Drive up A9 to Aviemore, Dinner at Cairn Lodge, and for me - a day in St. Andrews. "

"Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

"Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ."

"Our party was two married couples all about 60 years old staying one night. We found the space clean, well stocked with a small grocery store close by. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided excellent information. Renters do need to be aware of the loft bedroom access via pull down ladder as some might find it challenging. However, we did not and would stay there again."

"Lovely well presented cottage with a quiet elegant highland feel. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a great stay.Hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is a very peaceful spot with lovely views and a constant flow of little birds at the feeder to keep you amused. It is a short walk in to town and an ever shorter drive. We would love to go back again. Give it a try you won't regret it."
