"We arrived very late at night but we're allocated our room quickly. It was spacious with everything we wanted.
The following day we were due to go back to the airport to collect a hire car. We had booked the airport shuttle but missed it as we overslept. The hotel were very understanding and booked us on the next one. When our driver came, he realised that the car hire company was a short distance away. He rang them and arranged for us to collect the car straight from there, saving us lots of...

"TBH, the Esplanade is our favourite place to stay in Freo. Always clean, always has easy access to things in Fremantle.
Unfortunately we have had an accounting issue this time. We were asked at checkout if we had used anything from the minibar. We never do because it’s overpriced.
Received an email with the receipt from our weekend stay and there is a minibar charge.
Have tried a few times today to call and they don’t pick up the phone. Let’s hope the email gets seen."
