Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage.

Due to massive amount of damages done by past guests, our property has to follow strict policy for security bond holdings. And we have clearly mentioned in all website that we hold a security bond, through that guests have a clear idea to book or to find an alternative accommodation.

Convenient location. This is a mixed use property with some apartments owned and lived in and others being part of the apartment hotel. Our apartment was tired and in need of a facelift, however the servicing was good and the staff were a pleasure to seal with.

This is the second time we’ve stayed. The apartment (no. 6 both times!) was clean as were towels and sheets and had everything we needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer were so useful (not something you get in UK accommodation). Parking is a big plus and it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre shops and similar to Elizabeth Quay. The pool was utilised by my son (thanks for changing the fake grass!!) and was clean and empty both times! Check in was a breeze. We’ll be back again the next time we visit Perth!

The price for the location, made it very easy for a family of 4 to enjoy their short needed stay in perth Rooms are very generous in size, had all the facilities with restaurants and stores near by if needed. Along with a gated park at the end of the street

Great location and helpful staff. Check in time frame very limited ( between 2 and 4 pm only otherwise a fee is incurred). Be very aware of this limitation and plan accordingly.

The space inside the suite was wonderful. Even the corridors outside of the suite was spacious. All the facilities were amazing. A really great place to stay.

Very conveniently located at the East end of Perth. Great kitchen facilities and bathroom. Super cold air conditioning. Indoor pool area was awesome. Bus stop for the Red Cat free bus service almost at the door or you can easily walk into the CBD.

I like the rooms big and nice kitchen and laundry are big and nice balcony .. the only downward is the car park so hard to find a spot that not reserved or taken and reception closes early.

Good sized apartment with functional facilities. Wasnt very clean, dining chairs were all loose. Floor waste grate was missing in the toilet so had a bucket sitting on top of it bed was nice and comfortable

Patking was a bit confusing and the entry to the lifts werent clearly labelled. The bins were overflowing out the back. We liked the space of the room, the mezzanine pool floor, the gym and all the amenities in the room. The balcony area was clean, tidy and the view at night was nice. Our towels were nice, big and fluffy, the pillows, beds and sheets were super comfy. The TV was a bit confusing as we could only access normal tv stations, no netflix or other apps as the tv and remote said. The wifi password did not work for the TV to grant access to log in. Despite our room being upgraded, we didnt like all the mould that was in the shower in the grout, in the vents, around the shower door and in the laundry, the floor drain cap was loose/lifted and the smell of mould was definitely strong. Vacuum cleaner had a massive clump of hair on the head and it wasnt very strong, probably due to replace that vacuum. The hot water in the shower lasted only a couple of minutes and then all our showers were cold. The pool was warmer. Speaking of pool, the shower in the pool area also was not working. Interesting stay, not sure that we would be back though unless all the maintenance and plumbing is fully done (including all cracks and chips on the walls and skirting in the rooms)

Overall we had a great stay. Although it was an older apartment, it was still modern in looks and facilities. It was overwhelming value for money as the apartment was self contained and was enormous compared to a dingy motel room we would have received closer to the airport and it was significantly cheaper as well. It had a full kitchen, lounge room and seperate bedrooms with a separate laundry contained in the apartment room. My only concerns was the lack of signage outside indicating where the hotel was located, the gym closing at 4pm, and the after hours access was through the underground car park after 7pm. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we had the same room.

Will never stay here again! After already paying in full of the accommodation, i needed to pay a further $250 deposit (which i think is an unnecessary amount, but expected to pay the deposit) i was assured it would be released the day of checkout (14/01/24). After over a week waiting for the money to come back into my account (and still waiting!) I was told the money wasnt released until 5 days later on 20/01 because "the receptionist must of been busy or something". The customer service is absolutely terrible. I wish i read the reviews of this place prior to staying. I am STILL waiting for my money to come back into my account, and will be calling them asking for proof to make sure they have released the funds.

As you booked through a website. It was clearly mentioned on the booking website that a security bond of 250 is required. I am not sure whether you have stayed in a hotel previously because it is a standard practice to cover incidental costs and damages caused by guests.We do not charge a security bond we only hold it as a pre- authorization which means freezing in the guest bank account until they check out. It get released by the bank once we advise them. The release time is vary according to the guest bank transaction time.

A lot of homeless people hanging around outside and in underground parking area. Rubbish laying around. Had to close door from parking to building 5 times while there. What’s the point of having swipe cards if doors left open. Had to park car out on road. Nothing in the info says 2.1m height restriction for parking. Someone tried to break into car. Didn’t succeed but still scratched door near handle

We have gone through car park footage for last two weeks but unable to see any homeless people in the car park or near the entry to the car park. unfortunately, homeless issue is a major problem in most parts of Perth CBD. This is currently been addressed by lord mayor. I am pleased to mention that the homeless shelter has been moved from East Perth to another part of Perth CBD.If you read the property information sheet or website information the height restrictions are mentioned in it. We only allow standard motor vehicles which are up to 2.1 m maximum height limit (most of the vehicles are 2.1m or less). Sadly, due to some careless guests the door between the car park and the lift leave open so they can move luggage from car park to the lift area. From outside to access this area they need a swipe card to the car park gates. Therefore this does create a security issue.

Property was in a great location with easy after hrs check in available. Bonus of having on site parking at no extra charge. The apartment was a great size but very run down. Needed a good clean and paint/reno to bring it back to life. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Shower head needed replacing. Kitchen well stocked for a short stay but requires coffee cups.

DON’T DO IT! I would never book this facility again. There are ridiculous hoops to jump through if you intend to arrive after 4:30pm which they don’t tell you about until free you have booked making late arrival a complete pain. And, if you don’t follow the instructions, which they send via email, so you had better hope you get them, then you get fine $150. And that is providing you can even get someone to come and help. In my case, I arrived at 7pm after being out of service as I was camping, I then discover the property was closed, and I could not get anyone to come and help and so had to find alternative accomodation on top of being charge for the apartment i had booked, which i could not access. STAY AWAY AND BOOK LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE.

it is clearly informed on all sites our operation time and messages were sent to you with regards to late check in procedure which you have deliberately ignored. The property did not charge you 150 as you have mentioned and you are over exaggerating the information.As we cannot cater your requirements, it will be better that you find an alternative property next time.

Don't let the photos fool you, it's very old and dated. The showers near the pool don't work When asking for access to the gym I was told that all the fobs has been taken, seems weird that they either don't have enough for each room or they give multiple out to a room. Would I stay here again? Not at all

Pool area showers have been reported and now it is fixed. The property public area is not managed by us, therefore, we take actions for public areas if someone reported to us. Gym fobs are given as per request and maximum 5 at a time due to fire regulations to control number of person utilizing the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Overall the property was presented very well around the facilities and the apartment too. I didn’t like seeing mould in the shower recess and the general tiled floor was very dirty in the grout section between the tiles, quite dark against the beige tiles.
