Excelente ubicación. Pero falta algo.
La ubicación es excelente. En 10 minutos caminando estás en el centro de la ciudad. Excelente servicio de transporte. El hotel no tiene servicio diario de aseo. Solamente recogida de bolsas de basura y cambio de tendidos de cama cada 2 días. Tiene una cocina con equipo básico. Pero funciona bien. Muy cerca a king park.

Spacious roims, we also had a balcony. Easy walk into Perth and a lovely cafe downstairs which i would recommend for breakfast it does get busy so book a table. Smoking is allowed on balcony and next door were smoking a lot. Meant it was not very nice being outside at the same time and even when they were not smoking we had an 'old ashtray'smell on our balcony and in our room. The room was a bit tired, carpet threadbare and some furniture on its last legs

Excellent place to stay for leisure/business and all that in between. The staff are friendly and supportive no matter what the circumstances. Definitely would not hesitate to stay there again in near future. Close to all amenities including a restaurant conveniently downstairs at a great breakfast bar and dinner. Special mentions to Christine, Eric and the reception staff would make my stay safe and well supported given difficult circumstances.

The place was very convenient, clean, safe and accessible to walk to the center or the big park. Great staff and easy after hours check-in, etc.

Appartements tranquilles et spacieux. Petit-déjeuner sympa. Personnel attentionné. Très près du centre-ville à pied dès qu'on a franchi le petit pont piéton en sortant sur la gauche et près d'un magnifique parc en remontant sur la droite avec une vue imprenable de Perth. Petit bémol : pas de commerces ou de restaurants autour, mais en marchant 10 minutes, on est au centre.

Nice and quiet spot with a great little cafe downstairs. Property is a bit old but still habitable. Air conditioner in our room needs a clean.

Great location and good value for what I paid. Reception staff were very attentive. However, bathroom fan took a long time to turn off, which kept me awake, and shower recess took a long time to drain. Despite this, I would happily book again.

Riverview is one of my favourite places to stay in Perth! Pros: - The rooms are huge, at least compared to the usual highrise towers in the CBD. - Kitchen facilities (always great to cook breakfast and enjoy on the balcony) - Staff are friendly, and have looked after me when I needed a late check-out when getting an evening flight. - Still fairly close to the CBD, either to walk or get public transport. Cons: - Parking is very limited, and on street parking isn't free. - I feel the bathroom could be laid out a little better, as I found it a bit cramped (being quite a tall person) - You might get a bit of noise from the nearby highway, depending on what side of the property your room faces.

The rooms are spacious with good facilities in the kitchenette. Clean interiors and bathroom are spotless. Value for money and will certainly come back to stay again

Our room was very clean & had a beautiful view at the front of the property. The overall property had a wonderful vibe due to the surrounding flora, and the staff were very kind & helpful. The only let-down about our stay here was that in the mornings when people would come to the restaurant for breakfast the chatter could get quite loud, waking up those who tend to sleep later, otherwise I had no complaints. The property is located in a very convenient location with a quick and easy walk to retail stores for any supplies you may need, as well as a range of restaurant options, and there is also a slightly difficult uphill walk to the park nearby which is absolutely worth it in the end. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property!

This was a perfect place to stay, with a fabulous breakfast bar down below and easy access to all types of transport. Kings Park was just up the hill for beautiful views of-the city. I would definitely return here for my next trip to Perth!

Nice overall but could be made more comfortable.
The hotel was.ok, the restaurant/ bar was great! A few minor adjustments would make the rooms much more comfortable such as providing hand towels in the bathroom. The pillows were too soft, my head just dunk into them but not in a good way. An option of medium,/ firm pillows would be better. The fan in the bathroom is also cold and strong. I wouldn't like to have a shower there in winter.

Excellent location
Excellent location! 10-min walk to Kings Park & 1-min walk to the bridge that connects to the city center where most of the action is & close to public transportation. My room was very on the 1st floor right behind the front desk with a wonderful balcony facing the street. Being a dead end street, traffic was not heavy & I was never bothered by outside noise but I’m a heavy sleeper so light sleeper might feel differently. There’s a restaurant in the hotel lobby with delicious coffee. Didn’t try the food but the place was always packed so I guess it’s good. The staff of the hotel was very friendly & helpful. They gave me recommendations on what to see & the best way to get there by either bus or train. The room is actually a studio apartment with a stove, microwave & fridge so I was able to cook breakfast & reheat food when needed. The biggest con for this property is the wifi in the rooms which is utter crap & pretty much non-existent. Kept kicking me out constantly & sometimes not even showing as an option. If you must have wifi I suggest you get a sim card. Gladly I was on vacation so I could get by with my phone data but if this was a work trip I probably would have needed to change hotels. Also keep in mind front desk it’s only 7AM to 7PM some days 6PM. They have an after hours number but depending on what you need they charge you $80 if they have to go back after hours. All in all I would stay here again & recommend this hotel to friends/family.

Great spot in lovely older building, good character which is bit harder to come by in Perth. didn’t get to try the cafe brunch but coffee was the real deal. Room on side was bigger than front facing ones. Only gripe was the curtains were sprayed with something to mask the fact that someone clearly smoking on balcony with windows open and smell went to curtains. Stench of newly sprayed air freshener gave me headache and sinus. Went away when I went out for a walk but headache sinus returned when I returned. Smell was all in carpet area. I told staff upon checking out, they were sorry but said they don’t use airfreshener just disinfectant. Anyway This is unacceptable in what is meant to be a non smoking building. Luckily I could keep the windows open until I had to close them (due to hwy noise) and take Panadol and hay fever tablets. If you are sensitive to sprays and cigaret smoke contact staff before your booking. Otherwise I would love to stay there again. Cheers
