Absoloutley no compassion , consideration , compramise or courtesy...my son and i missed flights an had absolute nightmare of a day, then booked through wotif, and why it changes the dates to a month ahead , had me completley unaware it did such until finally making it to the hotel,, walk in to be told no reservation , its for the very same day but one month ahead, wtfffff...i nearly broke down, i explained this, asked if any rooms were available id just paid 120 something , missed our flight, couldnt buy another plane ticket at the airport , had my parents and i trying to get us on another flight, by 6 .30 pm after driving 2.hr from eaton, near bunbury, and entire day lost then to have nothing, no refund no cancellation unless i want to lose the 80 percent of the room cost, couldnt change the dates, we walked out i cried an had not enough finances to pay another room, we drove the 2.5 hours all the way back home , and had to return the very next morning ..as for the dec booking well i couldnt be there, i tried to rebook and frankly they got single mums 120 dollars , by daylight robbery
