Beautiful, comfortable and serene.

From the moment you stepped inside, the view was breathtaking. The home was immaculate, generously sized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. By midday, we had spotted nine dolphins, a delightful surprise. The only downside was the traffic on the bridge, but with the blinds and curtains drawn, the noise faded into the background.Thank you

Great location

Great place to stay, perfect location on the canals and close to the centre. The host was great with communication and information. The house was fully equipped with everything you could need and wonderfully presented. A great place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Our holiday in Port sails

We couldnt fault anything about the location, the facilities and communication with property owners. The property met all of our needs with one exception - the air conditioning was inadequate and as we had a couple of days where the temperature exceeded 40 degrees we had a couple of uncomfortable nights. We feel that if this issue was addressed then we would definitely return Otherwise everything else more than met our needs.

Perfect location for a getaway with the family.Property was as listed, clean & tidy and great communication from the property owners.Safe and secure with private wharf access.If visiting this property during the Christmas period, lots of boats touring the canals creating an awesome atmosphere and christmas spirit.Will definitely be re-visiting on our next trip to Western Australia!

This has everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at the Canal Home. Everything we needed was provided for. It was exceptionally clean and orderly. The location, surrounds and views were beautiful. The only disappointment was bringing your own sheets and towels. I can understand why this would be a requirement in regard to washing, workload and costs etc etc, but with the price we paid I thought it could have been included. $275 per night plus 150 cleaning fee.

10/10 - Exceeded All Expectations!

Paul & Sally's villa is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Its quite spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is located within a quiet secure complex, and the location is perfect - only a 10 minute walk/3min drive to the main foreshore, 2 minute drive to the IGA supermarket, or 5 minute drive to Halls Head shopping centre where you'll find a large range of shops with everything you need. It was very entertaining sitting on the patio outside watching the boats and kayaks go by, we even spotted some dolphins! We can't wait to come back and stay again, thanks Paul & Sally!

Fantastic holiday

Wow what a nice place to stay and we even saw a dolphin while eating breakfast on one of the many sunny mornings. Sally and Paul were great hosts and communication was effortless. Thanks heaps. We would come again for sure.

Fabulous Long Weekend Break

Great Villa, everything we needed was supplied. Having the jetty for our boat was awesome. Will definitely be booking again over the next few months. The hosts of this property were amazing and contact with them was easy.

Canal stay

Travelling from the UK we wanted to experience as much as possible of Western Australia. We booked port sails to see what Mandurah was like. This is a lovely property situated on the canal with lovely views. It is right next to a bridge so expect some traffic noise. We saw some beautiful sunrise from the balcony and the passing boats and wildlife made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We did use the oven on our first night without success as the oven is quite old so we ate out the other nights we were there. Lots of places to choose from to eat. Would stay again if returning to Mandurah, the property is very comfortable but could do with updating.

Great unit, highly recommended

This unit was in a great location and came supplied with everything that a family could want. From watering the swans from your own jetty to watching the dolphin from your patio, who could ask for more. What a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Villa, excellent location and amazing views!

We stayed here for 4 days as a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 very energetic young boys aged 3, 8 & 10 and we absolutely loved the place. Very spacious, close to all amentities, parks, shops and the canal was right in the backyard where our 3 boys would fish on the private jetty for most of the afternoon and into the late evening. My boys really enjoyed the fishing as they all caught quite a few fish each and it was great to see them choosing to fish over their playing with thier devices. Plenty of things to do for young families with parks and other activities all very close by. Place is very clean lots of space and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very good size so you dont feel cramped. There's 3 toilets and bathrooms so no fighting in the morning. Overall I would totally stay again and would recommend this place for familys with kids. 5 stars to the owners who answered all my questions promptly, super friendly and very helpful.

Mandurah Canal Holiday Home

We stayed with another couple on holiday from the UK for 3 nights in February. The canal home had everything you needed including air conditioning which during 40 degree heat was much needed after a day out. Great location and fabulous views, we sat outside watching all the boats cruise by, even had dolphins visit us. Books and games are also available at the property which we also made use of. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic stunning property

We stayed here with my son and his wife and my daughter aged 24, so there were 5 adults. There were 3 large double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect. We came to get married in Mandurah and wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. It is a stunning property with amazing views of the canal and has 2 balconies to choose from. The owners were so friendly and helpful, we are definitely coming back, thank you Paul and Sally

Perfectly located on the canals and a short distance away from shopping, main attractions and eateries. We saw dolphins in the canal, had a go at fishing and cycled a short distance to one of the Giants of Mandurah. The apartment is neat and tidy, safe to lock up and go.

Property was a good size for our group. The villa is clean and tidy , aircon/heating is very good . There is a good selection of utensils etc . Great location and easy walk to the Mandurah Foreshore. Paul and Sally are very helpful and communication was friendly and easy Thanks for a lovely stay.
