We had a magical stay at this property! From the minute we got in. Everything was provided the property was clean tidy and well equipped. Loved being able to sit on the jetty and watch the dolphins swim past. Having the boat right at the property was perfect to be able to jump into and head out crabbing. Highly recommended. Impressed by the location and scenery of the property. House was immaculate and clean. Overall we could not fault any issues with the property. We had a brilliant stay at Port Sails! Sally and Paul were communicative prior to us arriving and check in details were thorough and easy to follow. The villa was in a great position, the view onto the canal was amazing and it was spotless and comfortable - it felt like a home from home. Stunning

The property was absolutely stunning. It was extremely clean, really well stocked with everything you could need. We got to see dolphins swim right under the jetty. The hosts gave quick reply’s and were so helpful. They gave clear instructions on how to gain entry and where everything was. They were amazing. We will definitely go back in summer.

Beautiful, comfortable and serene.

From the moment you stepped inside, the view was breathtaking. The home was immaculate, generously sized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. By midday, we had spotted nine dolphins, a delightful surprise. The only downside was the traffic on the bridge, but with the blinds and curtains drawn, the noise faded into the background.Thank you

Our holiday in Port sails

We couldnt fault anything about the location, the facilities and communication with property owners. The property met all of our needs with one exception - the air conditioning was inadequate and as we had a couple of days where the temperature exceeded 40 degrees we had a couple of uncomfortable nights. We feel that if this issue was addressed then we would definitely return Otherwise everything else more than met our needs.

This has everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at the Canal Home. Everything we needed was provided for. It was exceptionally clean and orderly. The location, surrounds and views were beautiful. The only disappointment was bringing your own sheets and towels. I can understand why this would be a requirement in regard to washing, workload and costs etc etc, but with the price we paid I thought it could have been included. $275 per night plus 150 cleaning fee.

10/10 - Exceeded All Expectations!

Paul & Sally's villa is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Its quite spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is located within a quiet secure complex, and the location is perfect - only a 10 minute walk/3min drive to the main foreshore, 2 minute drive to the IGA supermarket, or 5 minute drive to Halls Head shopping centre where you'll find a large range of shops with everything you need. It was very entertaining sitting on the patio outside watching the boats and kayaks go by, we even spotted some dolphins! We can't wait to come back and stay again, thanks Paul & Sally!

Canal stay

Travelling from the UK we wanted to experience as much as possible of Western Australia. We booked port sails to see what Mandurah was like. This is a lovely property situated on the canal with lovely views. It is right next to a bridge so expect some traffic noise. We saw some beautiful sunrise from the balcony and the passing boats and wildlife made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We did use the oven on our first night without success as the oven is quite old so we ate out the other nights we were there. Lots of places to choose from to eat. Would stay again if returning to Mandurah, the property is very comfortable but could do with updating.
