Amazing
What a gem!!! A beautifully presented property and wonderful hosts, this place has everything needed for a relaxing stay… We would recommend this property as a home away from home, we couldn’t fault it at all… We‘ll definitely book again if/when we need.

Wonderful vacation spot
Excellent location. The hosts were very friendly people gave great advice and answered all our questions. Extremely clean. Would definitely be staying there again when we come back to Australia.

Just Fantastic
We cannot express enough the uniqueness of our hosts and the exceptional accommodations they provide. The cleanliness is impeccable, and accessibility is convenient. Despite not having a car for the initial seven days, we easily navigated the area using available buses within short walking distances. Highly recommend this place, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Perth, WA. Many thanks to Jan and Graham for making our 5-week stay truly delightful Best wishes from Richard & Jackie.

Excellent accom. Great location. Fantastic value
Jan & Graham made us feel most welcome and gave us advice on places to shop, visit and eat in the Burns Beach area including train travel into Perth city. Would recommend to anyone visiting Perth. Phil & Julie

Great guests. Have them back anytime and no problems recommending them. Very clean appreciated what we had to offer. Very comfortable couple.

Pleasant stay
Light filled well appointed apartment in lovely surrounds . Stairs quite steep and shower over bath - may be difficult if any mobility issues

Thank you for the nice review. We do have a rubber mat for the shower if anyone feels it’s risky. We advertise that it’s an upstairs apartment which is quite wide with a hand rail. Anyway hope you traveled safe back home. Regards Jan.

Visiting grandson who is unwell and was grateful to have such a beautiful place to call home each night. First time in Perth and would love to stay at this property again.

The property was fantastic. Modern, clean, quiet position. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Janette was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable clean apartment in nice neighborhood opposite park and ten minute walk to beach.
Local bus nearby, but not frequent. Would recommend car hire if you want to travel further.

Wonderful Property & Hosts
Jan & Graham made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their property is clean, spacious and well equipped, it really felt like a home from home. We couldn’t have wished for a better start to our new life in Australia.

Exactly what you’re looking for
Amazing stay, Jeanette and her husband are super friendly and helpful, the space is immaculate and very well equipped to make you feel like you never left home. Easily one of the best rentals I’ve ever done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfortable and close to the beach
Gorgeous upstairs apartment, tidy interior, and very comfortable. They were good about having us park the car in their driveway even though it blocked in one of their cars. Only one slight drawback when staying in winter is that you don't have independent heating controls.

Jan and her husband are most welcoming and informative. Such a great apartment in a great neighbourhood, nicely linked to freeways and beautiful coastal drives. Janelle and Norm were great guests. Very neat and tidy we hardly new when they were in or out. Very friendly and would have them back anytime.

Gem in the Northern Subburbs
We booked for 9 nights to visit friends and loved our stay. Janette was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property is beautiful with lots of little helpful extras like washing liquid and kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. The property is ideally located with the freeway and train station near by and walking distance to the fabulous coastal path and beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us.
