    Recently renovated and styled with modern decor and appliances throughout, this beach pad boasts luxury living for all your needs.

    Please see below for a breakdown of what this gorgeous coastal villa offers:

    - Villa comprising of 9 villas in total. Very lovely and quiet complex.

    - As soon as you enter the property, you`ll be greeted by the front lounge area. Boasting a comfortable modular lounge, coffee table, entertainment unit, and - 55` Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube connectivity (just make sure you have your login details handy!). Large window overlooking the communal driveway and front of the house.

    - To the back section of the lounge area is a beautiful dining space, boasting a buffet, six-seater dining table, and sliding door to take you out to your very own private courtyard!

    - Kitchen overlooks the dining area. You will have the luxury of enjoying a beautiful, renovated kitchen that has been designed & styled to a high spec!

    - Enjoy cooking up a storm in the fully stocked & equipped kitchen boasting an electric cooktop/oven with rangehood, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine & fridge plus plenty more! Enjoy looking out to your own private courtyard through the large kitchen window.

    - Off the kitchen, you will find a hallway that takes you to bedrooms 1, and 2, a combined laundry/bathroom, and a separate toilet.

    - Bedroom 1 is located opposite the kitchen and boasts a queen bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side, and a double robe for your belongings.

    - Bedroom 2 boasts a bunk bed (single over double), double wardrobe, and study desk/chair - perfect for the business or student traveller! The window looks out to the courtyard.

    - Combined bathroom/laundry boasting a washing machine, laundry trough, large sink/vanity & wall mounted mirror, and shower. There is also a door to take you out to the private courtyard for easy access to the outdoor clothesline.

    - The separate toilet is located at the end of the hallway.

    - Enjoy the private paved courtyard which has a large outdoor clothesline and picnic table for you to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy the beautiful sunshine!

    - Did you know we also have a highchair & porta cot available for your little one?

    PARKING
    - 1 x undercover car bay located to the left of the unit and with a small pathway to access the front door - see the photo in the description.

    HEATING & COOLING INFORMATION
    - There is 1 x split system located in the kitchen/dining space. This is capable of heating & cooling the property.
    - We also have a portable tower fan for those warmer summer evenings!

    - 50-100m to cafes, shops & many amenities!
    - 13km to Perth CBD!
    - Ideal south Scarborough location!

    - We recommend `Drift Kitchen` which is literally a 2-minute walk from the property. They have brekkie & lunch & takeaway cafe available, perfect coffee and they have the BEST burgers for lunch!!

    - The Let Go team comprises our property managers, onboarding specialist, housekeeping supervisor, housekeeping staff, and our guest concierge team so if you do require any assistance, please reach out to us and we`ll see how we can be of any assistance.

    - We used to live at this house before moving out to a bigger property as we needed more space for our little one! We know the area extremely well and are more than happy to give you recommendations and tips on what to do in the area :-)

    - Walking distance to the beach, cafes, bakery, butcher, gym, bottle shop & transport!

    - Brighton Bakery - an award winning bakery - they have the best Aussie pies and sausage rolls!
    - Sweetlips Fish and Chips
    - The Hardware Store cafe - a great little cafe where you can sit and eat breakfast or have lunch
    - Glory Bowl - healthy smoothie, lunch & dinner bowls
    - Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie - this is Steve and Kiri`s favourite little take-away coffee place! We love their coffee and ham and cheese croissant and freshly baked baguettes - it reminds us of being in Paris... we highly recommend!
    - Doubleview IGA - great supermarket close by (1.2km, 3 minute drive)
    - Post Office (1.1km, 2 minute drive)
    - Pharmacy (850m, 2 minute drive)
    - Great little parks perfect for the family - our favourite is the Whale Playground at Scarborough Beach!

    - Scarborough foreshore - the foreshore is only a few minutes drive away (or you can walk!) and boasts many cafes, restaurants, BBQ facilities, playgrounds, skatepark, pool etc - a must see when you are in Perth! (1.6km, 5 minute drive)

    - Coles Scarborough (1.6km, 5 minute drive)

    Walking is easy with everything at your fingertips, however there’s a private carbay and bus stops within 100m away to take you north or south to the city.

    - Single-level villa located in a complex comprising of 9 villas. No stairs!

    - The shower has a hob so to access the shower you will need to step over the hob.

    - The second bedroom has a bunk bed (a single bed above a double bed).

    - NO PETS!

    - For guests bringing larger vehicles, please note that some bigger cars may not fit comfortably in the garage. We highly recommend double-checking the exterior photos in our listing to ensure your vehicle is suitable for the space.

    • AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

    • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

    • CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.

    • COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.

    • COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.

    • CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

    • CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.

    • CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.

    • CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.

    • DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.

    • DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.
