    This home is the ultimate WOW factor! This property is located in a premium coastal Perth suburb, overlooking the pristine Indian Ocean. You`ll be spoilt for choice with the incredible VIEWS, size, amenities, and location.

    - You will have access to three (3) car bays to the paved driveway - please note that the three (3) garages are not for guests` use!

    - The property has two secured entrances for you to enter. Firstly, you will be required to enter through a blue double-door private entrance (facing the main street) using a digital smart lock to access the property quickly to come and go. As you enter through the doors, you will be instantly welcomed by the amazing pool/spa area that is fully secured by a glass fence, follow the limestone walkway till you reach another set of double blue doors to access the main entrance to enter the property - these doors also have a digital smart lock.

    - As you enter through these doors, you will instantly feel like you are on holidays! Walk through the front foyer and you will see the grand staircase to take you to the first floor.

    DOWNSTAIRS

    - The pool/spa area is located on the ground floor and is completely secured via a glass fence. The pool/spa area is sensational! Enjoy the 2 sun lounges we have available to soak up the gorgeous WA sunshine or enjoy dinner & drinks with family and friends at the outdoor dining table. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower, sink & toilet to wash off after a day at the beach or a swim in the pool/spa!

    -Bedroom 4 offers a combined bedroom with lounge/study space. This room offers 2x single beds and there is a wardrobe for your clothes and belongings. Opposite the beds is a comfortable lounge area with a modular lounge, wall-mounted smart TV, and a study desk - perfect for the student or business traveler! Another added bonus - enjoy access to your own private courtyard!

    - In-between bedrooms 3 & 4 is the recently renovated semi-en-suite offering a toilet, shower, bath, mirror, sink/vanity.

    - Bedroom 3 offers a beautiful king bed with a white bedframe, matching white bedside tables with lamps to either side, a triple wardrobe for your belongings and access to the semi-en-suite. This room has a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings. This bedroom looks out to the front outdoor space where the pool is located.


    UPSTAIRS

    - To access the first floor, you will need to walk up the grand staircase. On the first floor, you will find the main open-plan living, kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2, laundry and 2 other renovated bathrooms.

    - You will have access to a very convenient laundry offering a benchtop with a sink and cupboard space below, a front loader washing machine and an electric dryer.

    - Bedroom 2 offers a beautiful timber bedframe with a comfortable queen bed, matching bedside tables & lamps to either side, plus 2 x double robes for your clothes and personal belongings. This space has a split system to keep you warm or cool all year round and a ceiling fan for those warm summer evening!

    - The master bedroom (bedroom 1) is incredible - wake up to those amazing views!! Offering a beautiful timber/wrought iron king bed frame with bedside tables and lamps to either side. There is a separate chest of drawers with a TV so you can sit back in bed and watch TV and relax! Enjoy the convenience of having your very own walk-in-robe! You will also have your own renovated private en-suite offering a separate shower, toilet, mirror, sink/vanity.

    - Enjoy a lovely reading nook with double French doors that open into the space. Sit back and relax on the sofa bed and take in those amazing ocean views! Want to take advantage of reading a good book during your stay? We got you covered! We have a variety of reading books in this room for you to enjoy! There is a ceiling fan in this space. Enjoy the amazing balcony that wraps around the first floor of the home!

    - The open-plan lounge, dining & kitchen space is warm, inviting & comfortable. There are 3 separate lounge room zones with comfortable seating arrangements, two of which overlook the ocean providing incredible views! The lounge room further back is where the main lounge space & TV is located as indicated in the listing photos.

    - Fully stocked & equipped spacious kitchen comes perfect for short or long stays! Available for your use we have a Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, gas cooktop, electric griller/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser.

    - Beautiful dining space located opposite the kitchen offering an eight-seater timber dining table with chairs.

    - The balcony access is located off the dining area and offers a lovely timber table with a couple of matching timber chairs and a gas BBQ. Enjoy expansive views up and down the coast - it just doesn`t get much better than this!

    - Hiring a car in Perth is recommended. - Closest bus stop is located 350m (4-minute walk), from the property and the buses here will take you to Warwick and Stirling Station.

    - Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy!!

    - This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.

    - This property has a pool. The pool is serviced by a professional contractor and is carried out every two (2) weeks. You are aware and agree that upon booking this property you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris! Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on to

    - This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.

    - This property has a staircase to the centre to take you from ground floor to first floor - there is no lift.

    - The three (3) garages are NOT FOR GUESTS USE - parking is to the open driveway only!

    - We kindly ask you to leave all reading books inside the property - they are not be taken with you.

    - Notice to Guests: DO NOT TOUCH the pool equipment and the tap. Any damages incurred due to handling will result in penalties. Thank you for your cooperation.

    - Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

    IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE NOTICE - In accordance with local council regulations for short-term rental properties, we are legally required to collect the full name and residential address of each guest aged 18 and over who will be staying at the property.
