Booking & Financial Policies • Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.
• Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests.
