"Cabin on the lake has great potential, however there are a few areas that could use some help. The property and property grounds need serious insect control. The vegetation on the property is over grown around the middle deck areas. If you are a pet owner and plan to bring your dog, beware of a flea infestation. The home was not very clean! "I really appreciated that this rental offered 1 night stay minimum that accommodated my family and dog. It was also easy getting in contact with the property manager to request an early check-in. Overall, the place was clean and neighborhood quiet. The beds were a little uncomfortable for our liking, but nothing that would hinder us from staying here again in the future. Thank you! "

"We have stayed at three different properties at Hot Springs Village now, this is one of the best. One was more modern, one smelt like mold, this property hot all our needs. Very comfortable and clean. It’s a big house, front porch is large and does offer plenty of privacy. Isn’t the most updated house, but definitely comfortable. Water pressure is the showers is great. We would definitely come back for a stay."

"Was close to the main gate and was pet friendly. Would recommend the host get some type of anti slip mat for the bath due to it being slick. Also recommend some type of curtain for privacy at night for the guest that uses the pull down day bed in the den area. It was Fourth of July weekend and the grill did not work which was a little disappointing. Overall a good location and nice place to stay."
