You will have private, exclusive access to the entire home and its advertised amenities, including the private 40-ft dock, boat slip, hot tub, kayak, fire pit, all decks, and all indoor living spaces. The home has a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock.

The following areas are locked and reserved for owner supplies:
• One owner’s storage closet in the main bathroom
• Owner cleaning-supply rooms on the mid-deck and lower level

The home is elevated two stories on pilings. Reaching the main living areas requires climbing stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Exterior security cameras are on the property. Specific smart-lock check-in and departure instructions will be sent before arrival.
