"Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area."

"It was our fist time not staying in a hotel in Chicago, but it was as good. The flat was very clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, fitting perfectly 8 people. There is a wide offer of different restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus stop 1 min away and the train station 12-15 minutes walking connecting to the city centre and the airport. John was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the expected time."

"My husband and I are in our 70s and we found that our safety and comfort level was more than satisfactory while staying at this lovely Coachhouse. A real plus was the beautiful neighborhood. Also, our host was responsive within minutes to the couple of questions we had when we first arrived. Our stay was overall a wonderful experience!"

"Overall it was very well kept and in a great area. When I had issues with the lock box the property manager was available immediately and willing to help. The parking was a bit chaotic only because of city blocks not having enough space. The lock to the apartment building kept getting stuck and the TV wouldn't hold it's Internet to watch anything but it offered what we needed at a good price and it was very cozy and had plenty of essentials. Would recommend and use again."
