"The kitchen was dirty . Filter in aircon and hood was very dirty and did not function as it should because of that. There was no remoutecontrol to the aircon. There is at all no sun at the terrace all the day as it is placed to the north. The pool area is very expensive to use. 20 Euro each person for 4 hour. Every time. At all this appartment is not worth the money. Very expensive in relation to what you get."

"Das Appartement liegt 15 Min. nördlich von Arco (zu Fuß!) unterhalb des Croce Colodri gleich neben dem Kirchlein Santa Maria di Laghel. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster und der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Berge nach Norden. Die Wohnung ist gut und großzügig ausgestattet. Alle nötigen Utensilien zum Kochen sind vorhanden. Sollte es einmal regnen, fühlt man sich in dem geräumigen Appartement sehr wohl. Es gibt eine Betreuung vor Ort, die sich um alles zuverlässig kümmert."

"Die Lage war für uns ideal, wir konnten sehr viel zu Fuß unternehmen. Ein Coop mit frischen Brötchen ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitengasse zur Hauptstraße und damit ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht und der riesige Balkon läd zum draußen sitzen ein."

Die Hütte war dank der Beschreibung vom Vermieter gut zu finden man kann dort problemlos mit 3 Autos parken. Die Autos sollten aber keine Überbreite haben (max 2,10m).
