Perfect Tuscan Experience

If you are looking for the perfect Tuscan experience, stay here! 6 of us stayed 2 months, with friends and family passing through. La Maesta being so amazing and feeling like home along with being in a small village, allowed for the feeling of living in Tuscany.Queen beds and a bathroom for each room made everyone comfortable. We cooked almost every night. In May we lit a fire at night and enjoyed the beautiful dining space while in June, we BBQ'd and ate outdoors. Watched a few movies in the theater room. Spent hours at the beautiful pool area.It is 1-1.5 hrs from all the towns you would like to visit. Train to Florence nearby made easy travel.Alessandra and Massimo were amazing and friendly. We loved them dearly by the time we left. Don't skip the Tuscan Feast! You will eat well! Be sure to read Alessandra's book (Amazon) "A Life in Tuscany" before you come. It adds to the history and enjoyment of this amazing property.Best vacation ever! Enjoy!

Wonderful Stay!

The Villa and grounds are beautiful, the owners make you feel like family, and the location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. The Villa is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need. It is located in a very quaint village that has a pharmacy, ATM, and restaurant all within an easy 10 minute walk.

Ann and Maria’s Special Tuscany Retreat

Villa Benvenuto was gorgeous! Alessandra and Massimo were absolutely lovely, gracious, and made us feel like family. They were exceptionally kind and responsive to all our needs. The meals they prepared for us were amazing, delicious, and we can’t stop raving about them. Everyone hated to leave. We hope that one day we will be able to return!! Highly recommend Villa Benvenuto!!!

Excellent Family Property

Really nice place….excellent accommodation, brilliant pool, cinema room great hit with children on hot afternoons, lovely outdoor eating areas, nice location on edge of interesting village and in easy reach of Sienna, Florence and Arezzo. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect Tuscan Retreat

What a wonderful week we enjoyed with our adult children and spouses at the Villa Pergine. Alessandro and Massimo were wonderful hosts. They live a few miles away but provided great restaurant advice, van and wine tour booking assistance, and shopped for breakfast essentials before our arrival. Best of all, they cooked two wonderful multi-course meals for us which we enjoyed al fresco on the back patio overlooking the olive grove. The house is a beautifully restored villa built in the 1600’s. It was clean. The AC was fine even though our stay was during the recent heat wave. The pool was wonderfully refreshing and cleaned by Massimo every morning. We enjoyed two delicious sunset dinners at the Ristorante le Cantine- the only restaurant in town a short walk away. The house is an easy drive to beautiful Arezzo, Montepulciano, Sienna, and, of course, Florence.

Tuscany in October 2022

The property was everything and more that we could have asked for. It was more than spacious for us all (9 adults)...beds, baths, kitchen, outdoor space. living room were perfect. The host family (Alessandra and Massimo) were more than willing to show us around the property, they even went shopping for some essentials so that we didn't have to rush out to the store when we arrived.. They even arranged a couple of nights to cook us dinner that was as good as any restaurant that we ate it. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone as the location is ideal to use as a starting point to see this beautiful country. Thank you again Alessandra for sharing your beautiful home with us, ciao, Jim

Entspannung und Ruhe...

Alles war sehr gut, die Aufmerksamkeit von Alessandra und Massimo war ausgezeichnet, sie waren immer sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben auch eine Weinprobe in der Villa organisiert und es war großartig! Federico war sehr freundlich und hatte ein großartiges Wissen über die Weine, die wir probiert haben... Vielen Dank!!!

Fantastic place and host

We just returned after two fantastic weeks. The house is amazing, and you truly feel like you are in a private home. The owners Alessandra and Massimo made two outstanding dinners for us during our stay. (Make sure you book this if and when you visit the house. ) Alessandra answered and guided us throughout our visit and made sure everything was in order all the time. We were three families going, and there was plenty of space both inside and outside for everybody to do as they please. We will defiantly come back, not just because of the house but also the people and the fantastic hosts.

Fantastic house

Great location, outstanding garden and on top of it the owner is the most kind and lovely person. The house and garden was even better than we expected from the pictures! Would definately recommend a stay here.

A lovely property set in beautiful countryside.

All eleven of us really enjoyed our weeks stay with 6 adults and 5 children. The pool area is great and the children loved it. We made good use of the barbecue and pizza oven. The shaded area is also welcome. Lots of places in the garden area to sit and relax. Within easy distance of places to visit like Arezzo and Siena. The village restaurant Le Cantine is superb and caters for families at a very reasonable cost with great local food and wines. It is only 5 mins away. A very small market on Fridays in the village also sells fresh produce. There is also a bakery and other small shops in the village for all your needs as well as a pharmacy. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. A great weeks stay.
