"Everything stood out, especially the cleanliness of the villa and the private pool. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay very comfortable. The amenities were well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and private pool really stood out. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very comfortable."

"Fue una muy buena experiencia el personal muy amable , el hotel impecable , todo se veía muy nuevo y limpio . El tema es que si queda retirado de las zonas de más afluencias y de playas , para llegar a los lugares más concurridos si o si debes agarrar transporte como moto o coche . Caminando es imposible "

"It was amazing "

"Perfect place at this price in a stellar neighbourhood!"

"I think this was easily our favorite place to stay. The hotel is amazing and has a great style. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was excellent. It’s easy to explore Canggu on foot from here. I honestly can’t think of anything negative. We truly loved our stay and only wish we had spent more time there."

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a...

"This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was lovely. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that the WiFi didn’t work from our room, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the restaurant, Kilo, could expand its menu to include more gluten-free and dairy-free options. Other than that, we really enjoyed our...
