"This is our 4th or 5th time in this unit as a family. What a great location and the unit is steps away from the pool with a large covered porch for all your beach supplies to stay outside or for kids to sit in shade and have breakfast or a break from the sun. The pool is quiet, most of the time we had the whole thing to ourselves. The beach is wide open with no crowds in this area. The unit is clean and bright. We love staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"We stayed at Feeling Tipsea in Perdido Key with 6 adults and 5 kids during the 12U Softball World Series in Orange Beach We had a great experience! The house is located in a safe, gated community right on a golf course, which gave us peace of mind with the kids riding bikes and exploring. The golf cart was super handy for getting around, and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and bikes available for everyone to enjoy. "I have stayed at a number of properties and this was the most disappointing one. The listing had 3 items incorrectly listed as onsite and available. One item was corrected quickly and expertly. One other was presented as "nothing can be done". The third was partly dealt with but still cost me extra expense.
