"Have traveled to many countries and cities over the world however this has to be the best experience we've had. Helen made our stay so comfortable, she was prompt with responding to messages and her communication was clear. The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the town centre and beaches. Thank you Helen for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back in summer. 5 stars dont do justice, wish i could rate it 10 !"

"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the...

"Wonderful time had by all, dogs included. Clean, quiet farmstay experience, everything you could need - better than the average bach! Road in is gravel which is not on the listing. Could not fault it! Would stay again. Perfect for dogs, we had two large ones, neighbours dog and resident dog were friendly, both visited and were well behaved. Great comms from landlord too."
