The property was fairly clean, however it is in need of some maintenance and TLC. The blinds in the bathroom were broken, the paint on the walls and trim is peeling and chipped, cupboard doors didn’t close properly, etc. You can tell the owner doesn’t ever stay there and it is purely a short term rental property. Plus there is no dishwasher, but they will charge you an additional cleaning fee (on top of the mandatory cleaning fee when you book) if you don’t hand wash all your dishes. This is not mentioned in the listing.

Overall stay was great. Checkin process was seamless with no issues! I’ve booked with this host multiple times, different houses & both the houses and host were great. House was nice, comfortable, & clean when arrived. Only thing is I could not figure out the AC/Heat system & there was no dustpan with the broom. They have a nice basement area & sleeping space. Definitely recommend to book with this host!

Property was as described in the listing. Beds were good, linens and towels were clean, and the place had a nice vibe. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with the house and with Matthew. Matthew was wonderful!!! The only thing we were unhappy about was that we had to clean the dishes. We didn’t have many dirty dishes; however, since we had to pay a cleaning fee, I think that we should not have had to clean the dishes.

This property was very nice. The place was clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was hands down the best shower I’ve ever had. Heat and water pressure were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Property had everything we needed and was as described. Location is perfect!! We wished there was an outdoor seating area, as the weather was perfect during our stay. Also, the hot water is EXTREMELY hot!! Use with caution! Will definitely rent this property again.

The overall place looked clean. There a few items that were broken and we communicated them to the owner. The livingroom table front leg is loose. If you touch it a little the table collapsed. The foosball and Pac-Man game was sticky and the pac man button didn’t work. It wasn’t major for us but it would have been nice to for my kids. We also discovered late in our stay that some of the windows were partially opened and most didn’t lock. I will say everything we brought to the owners attention he addressed right away. Lastly, I don’t think the listing pictures show but there’s no way tv in the bedrooms.
