"Nice easy going environment. Welcoming staff. A 10 minute walk or short bus ride into town. Sadly no breakfast but I was very happy with what I ate off the menu - a gammon steak platter which sorted me out for the rest of the day after my arrival. Had a nice room (room 3) with plentiful teas, coffee, hot choc laid on overlooking their lovely sunny beer garden, which wasn't so great when I tried to get an afternoon kip on day 2 and a heavy rock band struck up. Unlucky lol, one can't choose to...

"Very enjoyable stay. Location and views are wonderful. View from room is across the Sennen white sand beach. Room was neat and well presented. Well stocked mini fridge and refreshments tray. Weather was perfect which helps. "

"Me gusto mucho hospedarme allí, lindas vistas, servían comida allí muy buena, lo cual nos resultó muy practico, buena limpieza y atención, desayuno completo, habitación amplia, ducha con buena presión de agua.Nosotros llegamos en tren, está a unos diez minutos de la estación andando y lo mismo del centro comercial. La contra podría ser que se accede por escalera a las habitaciones, pero a mí personalmente no me molesto, volvería a hospedarme allí sin duda"

"This gorgeous pub/B&B, The Kings Arms is absolutely wonderful. My partner and I booked a weekend stay here (Friday to Monday) as a base whereby we could easily access attractions and nearby places we wanted to visit ie the Minack theatre, St Michaels mount, Mousehole and Penzance. The Kings Arms is located in Paul and is only a short walking distance to Mousehole. We had come down by train from Newton Abbot and during our stay we were able to use a local bus from Mousehole to get to Penzance bus...

"I booked this hotel around 2 months before for the last weekend of July to spend my birthday in Penzance. They called me when we were arriving from Cardiff (almost 4 hours journey) to tell us that they have to cancel our 2 nights due to fire alarm test without any compensation, just that they are very sorry... Clearly an excuse, probably they overbooked, so we had to try to find something in July for that same night, when everything was full or overpriced! It was an amazing birhday present... 😒"
