  • Este cómodo monoambiente es sólo un corto paseo de Newlyn Harbour y cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones relajantes.

    Vías marítimas se encuentra en el último piso de una casa adosada de granito con vistas a las vistas panorámicas de Mounts Bay, Penzance Harbour y Newlyn pescado Quay.

    El espacioso alojamiento de planta abierta está muy bien amueblado con un alto nivel. Hay una cómoda cama de matrimonio con el rey edredón tamaño y ropa de cama blanca y fresca, un sofá grande que se convierte en una cama supletoria muy conveniente y bajo la ventana de una mesa y sillas de comedor redonda.
    Un televisor con reproductor de DVD, se sienta en la pared, que puede inclinarse hacia uno u otro de la cama o el sofá.

    El apartamento cuenta con una cocina bien equipada para alquiler. El té y el café se proporcionan, así como un paquete de bienvenida generoso, incluyendo el desayuno para su primer par de mañanas.
    Hay un amplio cuarto de baño con calentador de toallas.

    Fuera de la vivienda es un patio-jardín con zona de estar donde cenar al aire libre se puede disfrutar.

    El aparcamiento está disponible para un máximo de 2 coches.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Newlyn sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und St. Michaels Mount sind wirklich wunderschön. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, angenehmen Aufenthalt in Newlyn.Trotz einiger Hindernisse bei der Ankunft war die Kommunikation mit Ali sehr gut und schnell.Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und auch die Infos zur Umgebung waren hilfreich.Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Thanks for a lovely stay. The flat is just as described, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and really nicely set out (and yes the view is awesome). Ali is a great host. The parking access is a little tricky but fine once you get the hang of it.

Property was lovely. Perfect size for a couple, great facilities, amazing views. Ali greeted us on arrival and was lovely. The only caveat I would add is the very narrow lane up to the parking spot and gravel by driveway wasn't helpful for grip and turning of car. But the stay was lovely, lots of nice eateries nearby and great sea views with a flat coastal path.

Beautiful studio with great view

One of our best VRBO stays. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Ali provided eggs, coffee, tea, milk bread, butter and flowers (I probably forgot something. Would definitely stay here again.

Family style studio

Many thanks for your hospitality Ali. We truly enjoyed our stay at Newly, a few miles away from all the sightseeing sites in west Cornwall. Penzance is within walking distance with all the shops you need. The room has a very beautiful view over St Michael’s Mount. All of them for a reasonable price!

A lovely well appointed flat that was perfect for our short break. Slightly tricky to find but excellent directions were provided. The amazing view of Newlyn harbour and Mounts Bay from the front window is difficult to beat. A very useful information book about local services was put to good use. All in all very good value. Thank you.

Great stay at Sealanes

A really lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring the far west of Cornwall and our l planned visit to the Minack. Friendly host who kindly found some picture books for our 4year old to enjoy during her stay. Super view out of the window- there’s always something to watch in the harbour or in Mounts Bay. Definitely plan to return.

A really wonderful vacation

We are just back from a week in Newlyn and are recommending it to all our friends! The studio was the perfect size for the two of us, spotless and well organized. The view was incredible and the location exactly right. And most of all, Ali’s warm hospitality made our time there unforgettable. It was like visiting an old friend!!

Went for a Pottery Workshop Unexpectedly enjoyed Newlyn and its surrounds

The property is exactly as described. We were two and the apartment didn't feel confined or confining. We are both hikers so the hill didn't bother us. Very convenient for the Newlyn School of Art and a great starting point for many interesting hikes. Newlyn's a small and charming town, almost a village, that being said, it has two fine fish (of course) restaurants Mackerel Sky and Argoe. Argoe is particularly good. Newlyn abuts Penzance which has all the services you'd expect from a town. Can't think of what else to say, except very pleased with our stay and look forward to next year.

Very lovely stay in Newlyn

Many thanks again to Ali, We had a wonderful holiday in her comfortable apartment with a fantastic view onto the harbor and St. Michaels Mount and the Mount Bay. Newlyn is very nice with some excellent Restaurants (esp. fish) and Pubs. Good Supermarkets are located nearby (easy to reach by feed or Bus/Car). For sure the roads are steep, so you should love it to walk up and down a bit :-). To enter the terrace by car needs a little bit of practice, but even we Germans from flatlands were able to get by. Take the tips from Ali regarding that, then it’s easy.
