"Excelente lugar"

"No se parece en absoluto a las fotos. Ya cuando entras y te dicen que tienes que subir al segundo piso y que no tienen ascensor empiezas a sospechar de que ese lugar no está bien acondicionado, pero cuando ves la habitación, te quedas con ganas de salir y pedir un reembolso. Todo está viejo:cuando te vas a dormir sientes cada uno de los muelles de la cama, en el lavabo hay un grifo para agua caliente y un grito para agua fría lo cual ya imaginas que es súper antiguo y que te obliga a ir moviendo las manos para conseguir un poco de agua templada, para encender la luz desde la cama tienes un cable colgando del techo, la ducha es un marco empotrado de plástico y con óxido, que da sensación de suciedad aunque lo hayan limpiado - que eso no lo ponemos en duda -. El suelo hace ruidos con cada paso.que das. Nosotros escuchamos a otro cliente venir un poco más tarde y salir molesto a reclamar porque esa no era la habitación que él había visto en las fotografías. Te cobran por dejar las maletas si llegas antes. Los muebles se veían muy viejos y gastadísimos. Nosotros solo pasamos una noche y no nos cambiamos porque estábamos muy cansados, pero evitamos usar la ducha y tenemos claro que no volveremos. "

"My experience was very bad for reasons no guest should ever have to go through. After spending a few days in Bath, I stayed at this hotel to visit the city of Cardiff. The location is excellent and the food as well, but you cannot leave your belongings or personal items in the room unless you store them very securely. On my first day there, one of the housekeeping employees made one of my souvenirs disappear. I had just spent a few days in Bath and bought a souvenir at the Christmas market. I arrived on the very last day to buy it, only to lose it in my own room at the Hotel Indigo in Cardiff. I noticed immediately and reported it. At the front desk they told me they would try to look for it because the trash had not been taken out yet, and that they would notify the housekeeping staff. I asked every morning and every night during my stay, and they always told me the same thing. Several days later I ran into a housekeeping employee and asked him about it; he told me they had not been notified that anything was missing. At first I thought they might have mistaken it for a piece of paper because they cleaned very thoroughly, but that wasn’t the case. Two coffee cups I had ordered, and an empty soda bottle stayed in my room until the day I left. They didn’t replace the bathroom trash bags, and the ones they used were very small, so the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. I will definitely not recommend this hotel nor stay here again if I cannot trust that my belonging will be safe."

"Habitación confortable, muy limpia, el desayuno muy rico. Está alejado del centro, sin embargo hay transporte público con buena frecuencia. El personal muy atento a resolver mis dudas y a proporcionar información util para nuestra estancia. "
