"A superb experience from the lovely warm welcome on arrival, to the tasteful furnishings, large room with wide range of courtesy teas, coffees, biscuits and little fridge. "We had booked a budget room in the annexe, on first inspection it was ok, after using bathroom hand basin didn't drain as plug was jammed in, the shower control panel was hanging off,.We reported the blocked basin to reception and we were given another room on the 4 th floor which was much better and even a sea view.
However this room had evidence of poor maintenance as shower door did not close and controls did not work according to instructions on wall.
