"Our room was right beside a back door that went outside. Everytime someone used it... day or night... It slammed hard. I am hearing impaired and I heard it all the time constant. I didn't complain about it when we checked out but honestly there was nothing that person could have done to fix it."

"We pretty much always stay here when in Penticton. It is consistent, reliable and convenient. With at least one meal at the Hooded Merganser. Unfortunately, always have 1 of 3 items on the menu; which I love. Assume the rest of menu is great as well. Front desk staff are usually over the top amazing, ..."
