Perfect for big family

My boys and their families came. Each had their own bedroom with space. The pool was fenced and the children loved it. The beach was a short walk out the back door and was almost private. The surf was great and the sand was white! It met all our needs. Bedrooms. Beach. Fenced pool. Lots of seating both living room and dining. Two refrigerators! And didn’t have to reserve 7 nights. It was perfect!!!!!

Annual Super Bowl Getaway

We are a group of 6 couples - friends for over 30 years and get together every year for a super bowl weekend. We started staying at this location about 6 years ago and love it. Location is perfect - very close to Florabama. Always a great time!!

We have stayed up and down the gulf coast for years. This was definitely our favorite rental. Great beach access. Not near big condos. Plenty of room for a group of 15. Adjacent neighbors hardly noticeable although there were 15 of them as well.

Fall Break 2022

My family and I absolutely love the house and location. We travel to the area a few times a year and this is by far one of the better places we've rented. Only issue we had was with the TVs in the bedrooms not working, some of the plumbing in the showers were backwards and the warm water was hard to regulate. We also had a small issue with not being able to cool the duplex down, especially at night. Overall, our trip was great and we would rent this property in the future.

It was okay…..

Overall the house was clean. The pool was not clean. It had trash and bugs all in it, the jets were not working, they did come out the next day and clean it when I messaged them. The air broke on the first floor the first day. They did send someone that night with a portable unit for the first floor bedroom but kitchen and living room was hot. They came and fixed the air the next day. We wasn’t lucky enough to get good neighbors in the other half of the house. They blared music and smoked weed till after 2:30am every night . Even when we asked if they could turn it down they didn’t. I messaged the company about it with a video and got no response. The pool wasn’t big enough for the people that was in both sides of the house. If they was all in it, there was no way we could have been too. I would have loved for there to have been curtains on front and back door Because every time our neighbors walked out they could see in our windows. The “lock” on the back door was broke. Furniture was nice and linens were clean. It was definitely nice having two refrigerators. The view of the beach and the beach area was beautiful. I probably wouldn’t book it again unless we had enough people to fill up the whole house.

Beautiful well managed property

Everyone in my family was impressed by this beautiful house right on the beach. The house was clean and the check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. I had great communication from the hosts about our stay and was given a number to text with any issues. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

West of Eden West

The house was wonderful, with the beach just outside the back. We were the only ones on the beach most of the time. The pool was cold when we arrived, but the realtors responded quickly to get it heated. The second fridge was not working and it was replaced on our 5th day there, but the other one was adequate. A great week

Amazing

This property was amazing. It was a group on 7 moms with their 7 senior daughters and it could not have been any more perfect if we tried. The home was beautiful and clean with the most amazing views right on the beach. It was like we had our own private beach with only homes around us and hotels/condos far enough away to avoid any crowds. What a perfect way to spend spring break with our senior girls. It will be something that neither the girls or the moms will ever forget. Thank you for such a spectacular location.

Beautiful house and beautiful location

We were a group of 3 families, looking for a quick break from regular routine. This was perfect get away to the white sands beach. Kids enjoyed playing at the beach and also at the pool. We all had good time either staying indoors, playing games or outdoors enjoying beach. And no crowd!!! That was most relaxing part during these times. I only wish that there were additional supplies provided (ex: dish detergent, thrash bags and paper towels). We had paid huge Cleaning fees, yet house rules expected us to place the dishes back in the cabinets and thrash out of house, however no additional supplies to do so! That was a bit disappointing.
