We had a great time at Waterscape. The condo location was perfect as close to parking and the elevator. The beach is a short walking distance therefore able to go to condo for lunch and children’s naps. The resort is very clean and had activities while we were there. Never had to leave.

This was the perfect unit to rent for our summer vacation! We were two couples with 5 kids and there was more than enough rooms and beds for everyone. Check-in was very easy as all the info was given to us prior to arrival; it also helps that the process was keyless and contactless! Parking was conveniently close to the unit and the stairs and elevators were also super close. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we certainly took advantage because we only ate out twice during our stay of 7 days (remember, we were 9 people). There are also gas grills throughout the pool area, but do bring a lighter as some of them were not as easy to light. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and easy access to the beach; the adults loved the fitness center and conveniently located liquor store across the street (great selection!). The unit does have a washer and dryer so it was nice not to have clean towels and clothing during our stay. We reported an issue with the dryer, and they were very prompt to respond. My only critique would be for designated, washable non-white towel matts in the bathrooms. Other than that, this place was perfect. Highly recommend this unit!

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a group of 7 friends and this unit was perfect! The layout is great, 3 bathrooms was a life saver and plenty of sleeping room! Parking right by the unit was a BONUS! Will definitely look to book again!

The only “negative” about our accommodations was that the interior doors and cabinet doors were very dirty and some were sticky. Also the floors obviously were not mopped before our visit. And just a suggestion, it would benefit the guest to have mirrors in the bedrooms. Specifically full length ones. With all this being said we had a great time and would stay here again in the future!!

Great place

Best condo I’ve stayed in. There are only 6 floors, so you’ll never be stuck waiting for an elevator. This condo is steps from the parking garage, so easy unload/reload. The beds are comfortable, clean.

Family beach trip

The condo was clean and recently renovated (2021 I think). The pools were a bit crowded but the beach was great and the gym sufficient. We had a 3br 3 ba condo for the 5 of us plus my parents (7 total). Kitchen was great and our AC went out towards the end but the owner had it fixed within an hour! Great condo.

Good resort for young kids, but be aware that only one pool is heated. Condo was ok, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was sub-par, and multiple bath towels were stained. We were given fresh towels, but these were also stained. Clean towels are a pretty basic standard that should be met at this price. Overall, I’d choose to pay a bit more to stay at a nicer property next year.

The rental was easy. The check-in was quick. The property balcony light did not work. I wish the heated pool was warmer. That is not warm to someone from the coast. We could not figure out some of the TVs. The remotes were not working or the TV was not working. Nice but very pricey and too many fees added on above the daily rates.

Perfect Condo for a Family Beach Vacation

Waterscape C300 was perfect for our family of 7, including three kids 7 and under and Grandparents. The condo was clean and in a convenient location for our family. Waterscape is family/kid friendly; we enjoyed the movie at the pool night and glow party on the beach while awaiting for the fireworks off the pier. We just booked C300 again for next Summer!

Wonderful family spot!

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my mornings sitting on the swing on the balcony. The resort is perfect for all ages and of course the beach was perfect. If we visit the area again we will definitely book our stay here.

Great Family Condo

This was one of the nicest condos it has been updated and the beds are super comfortable. The bunk beds were great for 3 kids—you'll want to watch smaller kids on the ladder. The location was perfect as we didn't want a ground-level unit where the kids could just walk out. This unit is just one floor up from all the pools/activities. Overall great experience staying at Waterscape C300.

Beautiful condo with lots of space, but in need of more cleanliness

The property was a great place to stay! It has plenty of beds for our group of 10, plenty of space, everything you might need in a kitchen, and even three bathrooms, which was helpful. We were close to the beach and we were right beside the pools and lazy river. When we had a complaint about the cleanliness of the hideaway bed in the couch, I emailed the property manager that night and he sent someone to clean it promptly the next morning. The cleanliness of the condo could’ve been better. Besides the hideaway bed, there was a spot of blood (or what looked like it) on the comforter of one of the beds and one of the bath tubs became clogged on only our second day there. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

First time staying in Ft Walton

Our family had such a great time. This was our first stay in Ft Walton. For years we have always vacationed in Gulf Shores. So it took us a couple of days to warm up to the area but the grandkids ages 7, 5, 2, 2 loved it!! The pool area was great for the kids. The condo had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will probably return to our favorite Gulf Shores next year but truly enjoyed our stay here.
