The place was as the pictures showed. The kids loved the place. I did not like the glass tables w all the kids but thats just me. You can hardly get chairs because they are always saved with towels but im sure the no saving rule is hard to enforce. We had to put a code in on every gate you went through. Im sure its for safety but trying to deal with little ones and putting a code in every gate gets annoying. Then they stopped the code and you had to use your bracelet which half did not work. The whole place was confused for a day trying to get in and out of every gate. I would definitely stay again. It was clean and communication was very good. Perfect when you have little ones.

This facility is a tourist condo! So if you don’t want tourist-y- this isn’t the place for you. The facility itself is perfect for families. There were a lot of families with kids in varying ages. The kiddie area and pool on the 2nd floor are heated. The waterfall pool and lazy river are not heated. The condo, B310 is nice. It’s a 2 bed 2.5 bath with an additional bunk area- it feels like a 3 bed 2.5 bath. The bunks have an area at the end with plugs and storage area. The kitchen is nice sized and having the washer and dryer in the unit is amazing! The dryer was nice to have with the chilly weather we had while there. The furniture could be updated to be more beach-y. After all, that’s why we choose that facility. The view to the beach is so relaxing. Though, soon you won’t have a view with the Palm trees. You have a view of the pools also, which was nice. The master bedroom has mold on the ceiling. The closet is tight. Again, the furniture could be updated. The metal doesn’t feel good when you stub your toe- though it never feels good when you stub your toe! The master bathroom feels bigger than the bedroom! The shower is HUGE! But the caulking needs to be replaced- it’s molded as well. The soaker tub is nice and the hot water is super hot! The 2nd bedroom had cardboard over the top window- which was weird. But the bedroom and bathroom both were nice size. Beds are comfy in both rooms. The pullout couch in the living room was broken. We put pillows under the foot are

Wonderful resort but not room was filthy

The entire place needs a deep clean. Our feet/socks were black on the first day from walking around. There was what appeared to be blood on the pantry door. There was something crusty on the hall bathroom knobs. Layers of dust on the furniture. Bag in the trash was dirty as if it was dumped instead of replaced.

Nice Place

Nice place for the price. It had good space. The floors were dirty. Beds were comfortable. The 2 master bedrooms would be perfect for 2 couples. Wish the pool was heated.

Not a beachy feel

Overall, the condo was just OK. The furniture looked elegant, but the decor was really lacking that beachy vibe. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The kitchen was stocked with very basic stuff, but luckily we were able to make do with what we brought with us. The pool was great and the convenience to the beach was amazing. My family had a great time overall.

Amazing view

Great place for family's with children. Condo has lazy river, pool area for very young kids, multiple pools, gas BBQ pits around pool area, hot tubs, Fudpuckers for snacks and short walk to beach. Several great restaurants in walking distinct from condo.

Great location, love the pool and beach. Nice view from balcony.

We love the location of this unit and the view from the balcony. It is in front of the pool, so we could hear teenagers until about 10pm every night. But earplugs helped, so it did not bother me. The unit could be freshened up a bit. Extra pillows in the closet were piled up and did not have pillowcases, so we were hesitant to use them, even though we needed more pillows on the beds. We did not have pool/beach wristbands the first day which was an inconvenience. Other than that, we really liked the location. Close to the elevators, and we parked on the first floor of the garage.

Brooks and Shorey were awesome to work with. They were great at communication, we had one small issue when we checked in but they handled it immediately! The condo was great and close to everything! Will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

We had a nice vacation! Our condo at the Waterscape was comfortable for our family of 7. Easy check in and check out and loved the keyless entry! The pool attendant was the only negative about the vacation. She took our shoes, towels, and beach bag while we were swimming in the pools and lazy river. The pool signs stated no reserving chairs but no mention of belongings being confiscated to a locker if left unattended more than 30 minutes. We didn’t let this negative experience at the pool ruin our vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved waterscape! However it could’ve been more clean. When we pulled out the sofa bed there were Goldfish crackers on the sheets. Not sure if these were washed before our arrival. Overall, we would stay again

Great Stay at Waterscape

We enjoyed our stay in B310 at Waterscape. The view of the pool is great, and you can catch a little view of the bay. The rental was clean and just what we were looking for. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed the pool and the lazy river a lot. Be prepared for a little noise at night if people are hanging out late on their patios or at the pool (which is to be expected for a place like this.) It also seems primarily geared for families...the pool lends itself to kids. So if you don't want to be near kids, this is not the place for you. We drove to most restaurants (plenty of options in less than ten minutes), but it's a very short walk to a small ice cream stand with some mini golf. Publix is six minutes away across the bridge, in case you want to cook. The kitchen had everything we needed.

B310 Waterscape

For the most part, our stay was nice. The main problem we encountered was the A/C. I put a ticket in and got a response very quickly. However, the A/C guy that came out reported to Mngmnt that we had the balcony doors open. WE DID NOT! He saw the screen door pulled halfway behind the glass door....did not even walk over to the door. Upon him reporting that doors are open, we got a pretty abrupt call from Mngmnt almost scolding us for having balcony doors open. I did not appreciate the tone and she said, "well that is what the repair guy said...your balcony doors were open"! Our a/c never got below 74...even at nite! Other than that place was clean & beds very comfy. Great place for family's with kids...my grandbabies loved the pools!
