This was an absolutely amazing property! The room was gorgeous and well decorated, comfortable and with an incredible view. The pools, lazy river and splash pad were fantastic!

The best condo ever

We’ve been coming to Waterscape for 4 years now and I will say this condo has the best view and perks than any other condo we’ve stayed at! It comes with being able to rent a paddleboard/kayak for an hour and the beach essentials were perfect! Would highly recommend this one for any family planning on staying at Watercape!

Best resorts for families

Pros:The resort is perfect for families with children lots of activities throughout the week and the pools are so fun. The beach access is great and the view from the condo balcony was just what we were looking for. The condo furnishings in the main living space where as expected and pictured. the kitchen offers many appliances and utensils. The utility closet also had a boogie board and two pool noodles.Cons:Both main bedroom mattresses are way way way past due for replacement. There are huge divots in each side of the mattresses. You can even see when the bed is made.The condo is showing some wear and tear general paint touchups are needed and some dishes are chipped.We ran out of toilet paper and hand soap in the half bath. no tissues were left in the condo. Also ran out of trash bag. plan on buying your own of these if you’re staying five or more days with four or more people.General:The condo set of beds and baths were great for us. We enjoyed the condo overall. Sharing here because the owner didn’t know. The beach chairs are complimentary but not reserved for our unit unless you pay additional fee. It was hard to find available beach chairs that were not already reserved with pink cards and unit numbers. So if you’re hoping for chairs on the beach, best bet is to pay for them and provide the attendance with the room number. It was very difficult to find chairs that were not already reserved. Actually impossible during our stay so we did end up purchasing chair

Beautiful condo, inside and out

Very happy with our choice of this lovely condo. Inside looks recently renovated. Furniture and decor is tasteful. Deck is large with plenty of outdoor seating. Would absolutely recommend!

Waterscapes lazy days getaway

We love staying at Waterscapes. Buildings , pools, grounds are always clean and well kept. Condos are comfortable with great views. Area and beach are great. So much to do and experience. Lazy days at poolside and lazy river are my favorite.

Absolutely Loved It!!!

My family stayed here over march break and were overly impressed with this place and the owner. Arriving and getting our first entry was seamless due to the emails sent to us by the owners previous to our stay. The place was spotless and very tastefully decorated. We can't speak enough on the views and feel of the place. Just stellar. On the second day as we went to use the dryer, there was a very loud sound coming from the ceiling. We reached out to the owner (who immediately received our call), and he walked us through getting the noise to stop and had a technician there the next day to rectify the problem. It in no way inconvenienced us or affected our stay and we were very please on how it was handled. The beach is spectacular with soft white sand and is raked every evening. No different than anywhere else, you do need to make sure to get up early to reserve a good spot. At the beach, to use our complimentary rentals for paddleboards or kayaks was very easy to do and appreciated. The pools were clean and well maintained around them. We have no complaints and only a glowing review. Do not hesitate to rent this space!!!!!

Destination Wedding

My family and I rented this condo for a week for our destination wedding. Everything was clean and the description was exactly as the condo was. I have stayed in a different condo before at Waterscapes but this condo exceeded my expectations. The location is centralized and there is a lot to do within walking distance. One of the pools is heated as well so the kids were able to swim in November.

Great location, great view!

First, the view and location are outstanding! The beach service was very convenient. The pool area was a nice place for the kids. There are a few things that need work at this price point. The unit wasn’t particularly clean. There was coffee among other food stuck to the kitchen counters. Both coffee makers were quite dirty. The bedding was a little lacking and one of the mattresses was absolutely horrible. I slept on the couch three nights because it was hurting my back so badly. That brings be to the couch. It was reasonably comfortable but stained. The ceiling fan in the living room did not operate. Overall, the condo needs a thorough cleaning and some touch up paint. It could definitely use new bedding and mattresses. We will definitely come back to Waterscape, just not to that unit unless it’s improved. The location and view brought it up to 3 stars.

Incredible property!

We just finished a week long vacation at A602 at Waterscape. I was impressed with the property and all the amenities! The pool and location kept our children occupied and we only left for dinner and fishing. The only complaint I would give is the master bed was not very comfortable and rather noisy. Luckily, our kids used the bunk beds so after a couple nights we switch over to the guest bed, which slept much better. Again, everything else was so nice and accommodating that I have a hard time mentioning the bed. Management should probably purchase a new bed for that room. Still, 5 stars easily.

Wonderful place to relax and for the family to have fun.

This Waterscape paradise was a great stay. The amenities were great and proximity to dining was excellent. Place had great decor and was stocked with everything you could need. It was easy to find spots by the beach and pool. The family loved our stay. We are already trying to figure out when we can return.

property is well kept and functions well. only real issue was that there appeared to be somewhat of a shortage of cooking utensils (i.e. large spoons, ladles, pots, etc.). There were adequate but would have been better with more available.

Thanksgiving getaway

The place was as pictured. Nice beach feel throughout. Great view from the balcony to watch sunsets. Easy access to beach and pool. The only negative thing we would mention are the mattresses and couch cushions. Each mattress was terrible. Very worn out with sunken spots and super loud creaks with every move. Made for very restless nights. Same with couch cushions. It was impossible to sit. It's like the cushions were depleted . Other then that, everything worked and was just as indicated in the booking.

Wonderful Condo!

We stayed 2 weeks at Waterscape A602 and we were not disappointed! There were 2 families totaling 8 all together and we were comfortable the entire stay! It was beautiful and the view was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked for our needs and we really enjoyed that because it felt more like home! The Jenn’s were a pleasure and we will definitely be using their company in the future!

Condo was beautiful located with great view of ocean and water area ;-) Loved how Condo was decorated. Ate out quite a bit so smaller kitchen area was not a problem! Loved the electric skillet for cooking breakfast. Dave and Jen were great with returning calls and text messages. Thank you again
