Very cute condo with amazing amenities for littles! Extra beach toys and chairs included. Spent most of our time out on the balcony when we weren’t at the pool. Easy to get from our room to the pool areas. Once road construction is finished walking more places will be easier. But a handful of restaurants across the street to walk to, including mini golf and ice cream.

Great location in Ft Walton. The unit is nicely decorated with updated furnishings. The unit was just poorly cleaned with sand and hair all over the ground in all rooms. The bathrooms need updated for the price charged. Cable TV didn't work.

Wonderful Resort

Great stay overall! The location is perfect—right on the water with a nice pool and grills by the deck. The unit was clean and cozy, though the bedding, pillows, shower-head, and kitchen cookware could use some updating. We did not sleep well the first night. After bringing this to the owners attention they provided a mattress topper the next day which helped tremendously. The pull-out couch and bunk beds were comfy for the kids. We’d definitely stay again!

Great option for families with littles

Super clean unit and the kids loved the bunks. Exactly as described if not better. This unit was closer to the parking garage, but that was great for unloading/packing up and a little further from the noise of the main pool. Would stay here again.Host was very communicative, which was appreciated but I was a little overwhelmed by all the messages ahead of our stay. We don't have a printer so the fact that we had to print and fill out our own parking pass was inconvenient but minor.Would recommend the host stock up on a few family games or kid friendly activities but other than that, everything we needed was provided. Oh, and a baking sheet would be great

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed this property/condo for a long weekend. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The heated pool and hot tubs were great for a February beach weekend. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street for drinks/dinner and then just a little ways down for Ice Cream!

Relaxing get-away

Great family condo and vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Tufan was amazing at communicating and giving us lots of details on what was needed at the condo and places to visit. The condo is located next to plenty to do for families. Lots of amazing restaurants, miniature golf, HarborWalk. We loved it all! The beach was beautiful and also right across from the bay where we visited and caught hermit crabs which the kids loved. The condo was clean and spacious. I slept great with the fan in the bedroom and the kids loved the bunks! We will definitely book again!

Room was very clean and nicely furnished. The pools were very nice and clean as well. There are wonderful restaurants nearby that we were very pleased with. Tufan was wonderful at keeping us updated on our room and answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently! We will definitely be back to waterscape!

Spring Break

We traveled down with our daughter’s softball team. We loved how close we were to the teams hotel, restaurants either by road or by beach. We’ve stayed in the same location but different unit before, the owners were very much more on top of communication. We knew the codes before arrival and had everything we needed to stay. We typically have breakfast and lunch at the condo and had everything we needed to make that happen.

I love the place , every room is newly renovated and just so fun for our little guys “ 8 year old twins “ I had to have emergency surgery the morning of check out and he accommodated extra time for my husband to pack everything . Highly recommend !

We had a very nice stay. The condo was exactly how it portrays in the photos and listing. The gas grill stations and the Tiki Hut made it very easy to order a quick snack or grill! Check in was so easy. We will stay again!

Loved it!

This is our second time booking with Tufan, and we loved the condo and service we received. We had no issues, communication was clear, and the condo was clean and aesthetically pleasing with beach decor and colors. We will book again in the future with Tufan! Waterscape is perfect for little ones! When they’re tired of the beach they have great pools and when they’re tired of the pool the beach is right there. You don’t have to leave for much, but if you do, there’s plenty of great restaurants close by.

Great location

Overall I would give the rental a 4.5. Nothing was bad enough to say 4 star and we would totally stay again. The good: Location to everything. Walk to the beach, splash pad, several pools, furthest drive was to “The Track” which was all of 14 minutes. Bunk beds... loved my kids each having their own bed. Such a game changer from sharing a queen in other rentals/hotels. The bad: As another reviewer said the dishes all had to be washed before use. So we used our allotted dishwasher pods cleaning stuff we didn’t even dirty ourselves. Suggest bringing your own from home or property manager leaving some under the sink. The master bedroom backs to the walkway. I think this is the same for all the units. Not much can be done other than be aware you will here people when waking up or trying to go to bed. Overall wasn’t a major issue, but not ideal. We spent so much time at the beach it was absolutely pristine. The rental comes with chairs and an umbrella. I loved this option. If it was the property chairs you’d be 2-4 rows behind people. The property management does a good job of having open beach for people with their own equipment. I didn’t feel rude or unwelcome by people when setting up our own area. I would highly suggest bringing a wagon with you. It made beach trips so easy. As stated before we will definitely try to rebook this room for future trips to the area.
