Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful, very clean and a wonderful view! The entire process was easy! We had a great time, great weather ( not a cloud in the sky the whole time) and very easy communication. Our owner contacted us immediately when we had a question! It was definitely a great week!

We had a great time! It was a short visit but everything was exactly as stated by the property manager/owner. His instructions for check-in were clear and we had a seamless process of arriving as well as departing. Brent, the property manager/owner was extremely attentive to our needs, checking in to verify everything was as promised. Great place to stay and exceptional service/very responsive throughout our stay!

The condo was listing was very accurate. It was located on the second floor right when you get off the elevator which was very convenient. Brent was great and called me to make sure everything was going as expected when we arrived at the condo. The check in process was seamless and easy. It was right next to the pier which was nice to walk the pier and see all the sea life in the water, we saw catfish, baby sharks, and dolphins. There were even a few restaurants within walking distance of the condo and the food was excellent. Will Plan on staying at this condo in the future.

Perfect vacation.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay in the Pensacola area by far. The property was fantastic, even for a condo. It is easy to get in and out of the building and on and off the beach. The pool is also really nice. We were there at one of the most busy times of the year, and it's still was not a stressful stay. The room was great, clean, and we would love to stay here again.

Family getaway!

The condo was very lovely, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all necessary cooking supplies and the view was amazing! Brent was very attentive and prompt to any questions I had. Will definitely rent with him in the future.Traveled with my husband, two adult children and 6 year old granddaughter. She couldn’t get enough of the bunk beds. We all loved the place!

Anniversary weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our criteria were a view of the ocean from the balcony with a short walk to the beach, and close proximity to the fishing pier, and this was ideal. We enjoyed being able to walk to great seafood restaurants as well. Will stay here again in the future, it was perfect for a couple's getaway.

Great location away from the more popular crowded beaches. Security and cleanliness of our condo and the property was excellent. There was a problem with the water heater but our host quickly addressed the issue and gave us a credit for the inconvenience, something you won’t get by most.

Relaxing beach trip

I was very excited for this vacation and the location made it even better. We had everything we needed in the condo. Instructions for check-in/check-out were very organized and clear. Brent was an awesome host and checked in with us a couple of times throughout our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony with the ocean right out the back door. The beach was perfect and very family friendly. My 5 year old wanted to spend her whole time on the beach and this location was perfect for that. The pier right next door was very neat, we ventured out in the early morning and was able to see fish, turtles, and jellyfish. If you’re looking for a relaxing laid back trip, this is the place to go. We will be back for sure.

Perfect getaway

The condo was great, perfect place on the beach. We really liked the security for only guest using the beach. The beds were comfortable, as well As the whole condo. Location, location, location! Unit was exactly as described- well furnished/stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bonus beach toys/wagon plus included beach chairs/umbrella rental on beach made for a care-free, relaxing stay at our favorite beach!Condo owner provided clear instructions and communicated clearly and timely throughout the whole process.

Fishing Navarre Pier

The condo was great! Excellent location, within walking distance to several restaurants and easy pier access. Not crowded just as we like it. Only two issues: no shortcut to the fishing pier for senior citizens and the public bathrooms at the pier were the worst we’ve ever seen! So if you have any influence over the pier situation it would go a long way to improving anyone’s stay.
