Fantastic condo with everything you want and need

Fantastic condo! Could not have been happier. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended. Just gorgeous, the decor and the views! The condo and the resort have all you need and more. Thank you for everything! If you’re reading this and trying to decide, just book it!! You won’t be sorry. Only thing that would have made the stay better would be if there would have been beach towels provided and updated beach chairs. There are two older chairs provided. Four chairs would be great!!

Spring Break week

Condo was wonderful, location to main pool area was great, activities on site great and service at pool areas was good. It was a little too cold for this time of year (March 17th week) even though it’s the first week of spring. I will definitely book this condo again in the future. Booking was simple and host was very explanatory on checking in and out. Loved this stay!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

OMG, it was the perfect birthday weekend. We have been visiting Portofino for probably 18 years. This is my favorite unit. We love the 7th floor, the decor, the furniture arrangement, the view, the fireworks were eye level. I would love to recent this unit again.

Beautiful Views

Tower location was perfect, closest to main pool building. Quick walk to the beach. Portofino staff was so friendly. Condo was spacious and perfect for our family. Convenient parking. All the amenities you need. Weather and water were perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family beach trip

The Portofino is a wonderful, all inclusive resort condo. Everything a family could want. Loved the Trolley access to take to the shopping and restaurants. Pools galore and great fitness and spa. Friendly staff everywhere! Condo was spacious and comfy! Had everything we needed. Maintenance took care of small problems immediately.Speedy elevators.

Best Unit and Tower

We stay at the Portofino annually and love it here. This unit is by far, the best unit we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect. We were able to enjoy the fireworks show from the balcony. The unit was clean and very well decorated. We were even impressed with the washer and dryer! (Usually the dryer in the units at Portofino don't dry our clothes too well so we have to run the cycle multiple times). Communication was excellent with our host, Kevin also. We will definitely be booking this exact unit again in the future!

Cheer competition

We were in Pensacola for a cheer competition. Portifino is always our favorite place to stay for the whole family. There is something to do for everyone and we only left the resort when we had to or wanted to. We enjoyed the best of everything. The beach, the bay, the pools, food & drinks, etc. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Holiday Getaway

We love staying at Portofino, and this time was no different. The condo was roomy enough for us to be able to invite other family and friends over for dinner a couple times. It had everything we needed during our stay, and the property manager even provided a large case of water for us when we realized the water dispenser in the refrigerator wasn't working. Overall, a great vacation.

From the decor to the mattress, from the space to how well stocked we had an awesome time away! I can tell someone put a lot of time and effort into this piece of paradise. Everyone in my family loved it so very much they can't wait to go back. The beds were so comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy inside and out, the furniture was top notch, upscale and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We even had mediocre weather but made the best of our much needed time away. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

The room seemed clean until we got to the bathrooms. The towels smelled like cigarette smoke and the floor had sand in the corners. Master shower was not clean either.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our desire to have a memorable family vacation for our group of 14 was taken care of in an exceptional manner at this well designed beach front property and their wonderful staff. Daniel took care of our every need & more, Carmen's food was exceptional & diverse for all, Leti kept our bedrooms & common rooms spotless & Fermin had the grounds & pool in perfect shape every day & assisted us in moving loungers & umbrellas to & from the beach as needed. All of the staff were friendly & very accommodating to our group of 8 adults & 6 children. The property owner was a busy person but was always nearby & helpful with local knowledge and attending to our requests for information & the finer details for activities & excursions in Puerto Vallarta. This was a great family vacation & will provide lots of lifetime memories for everyone. Peter M.

Great stay

The property is very spacious and nice. The only notable thing was beach chairs that are included you carry down yourself and they were falling apart. Guests might have to rent a set up through Portofino or bring their own chairs. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful for our family! We would definitely go back another time.
