The house was overall pretty good, definitely not the worse one we have stayed in. The projector was pretty cool but a bit tedious to turn on. We didn't use it much as we opted for the TV that was in the room as well, but it did work just fine without any issues. They have a large pool table that was a big reason we chose to stay on the property, and it was a big hit. There was only one issue with the whole stay, but the owners handled it well. As other reviews mention, some of the neighbors aren't exactly welcoming to short term rentals, but it was a good stay.

The house is very spacious and in a good area. The rooms were big and the projector tv was awesome. The home offers plenty of entertainment. However, We were a little let down with the maintenance. When we arrived the pool was dirty and had dead worms in it. That’s when we noticed the pool pump was not working. We notified the rental company and were told “The pump is on a timer”. The next day the pump was still not working. We notified them again and were told someone would come take a look at it. It wasn’t until our 3rd when someone finally came and looked at it and realized that we were right and in fact the pump was turned off, it had nothing to do with the timer… so for half of our stay we had a dirty pool…If it weren’t for the negligence of the rental company and disregarding our claims I would have given it 5 stars.

Resort in a Home!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we need. We LOVED the pool and the projector. We will deft go back to that property again in the future if it’s available. Also, the blue angel air show was amazing!!!

Ok, but has some downfalls

We recently stayed at this house in Pensacola, and while it had many positives, there were a couple of issues. The house itself was spacious, well-furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it a relaxing place to stay. However, you were disappointed that the projector did not work as expected, which was something we were looking forward to using. We called customer service and had a ticket submitted but we heard nothing else for the whole entire weekend. There were approximately 70 TVs in the home and only one worked while we were given detailed instructions on how to use the TV something was definitely broken. Additionally, the pool wasn't as clean as we would have liked, which limited our time enjoying it. With a bit more attention to these details, it would be a fantastic place to stay.

Nice Home, Dirty Floors, home not well kept

Nice big home that's a Plus but when it comes to the property manager addressing the issues we had, rate a negative 5! We had an issue with a broken shower head that sprayed water everywhere but the shower, we text the property manager, but to no avail it was never fixed or replaced ( No one showed) even though we sent a text more than 3 days! As for the floors in the home, family members feet were black from walking in the main areas of the home, we also sent a text of this issue and even asked for a clean mop, the mop behind the laundry room door was not clean and black, it should have been replaced. Ice maker never worked the entire 6 days we were there. We were never able to watch a movie on the projector tv as there was no sound, very discouraging. One would think that a property value of almost $700K, property would have been well worth the stay, we were disappointed by the No Response from Vacasa! Will not be back!

Summer Vacation

I absolutely loved this house. The only complaint is that one of the beds in the house was broken. And the projector was difficult to work. So we didn't get to watch t.v. We did call the home owners and left a message to get ahold of us, but i never did get a call back.

Family Spring Break

The property was very spacious and it was so nice to have a pool at the house. However the house needs a deep clean especially in the kitchen. The pool area needed power washed pretty badly. The projector TV did not work even after the company sent someone to the house. The location was awesome and we really enjoyed going to the Naval Museum and beaches and parks. Neighbors are not thrilled with the house being a VRBO and posted signs saying "save our neighborhood, no short-term rentals". The amenities in the garage provided for the beach were awesome! We saved a ton of space in our car not having to pack beach umbrellas, a large cooler and beach chairs.

No dryer, no attempt to make it right

Interior was spacious and pool was very nice, lots of pool toys to play with. The house is drowning in remotes: at least two per TV and each room had a TV. Plus the projector which is for the Wii. Exterior was overgrown and not kept up. The neighborhood is very unhappy to have a short term rental and that made things a bit tense with the pool guy came to clean the pool. A neighbor aggressively knocked on our door, scaring the kids, to demand the pool guy move his truck. The neighbor has a right to have him not park in their yard, but it was disconcerting to be caught in the middle of that. On our second day, we found the dryer to be broken. They sent out two people but none were able to fix it. When I called to ask for a partial refund since the amenities promised were not provided, the call center simply said they would communicate with their “local staff” for them to determine follow up. There has been none. This is a rental owned by a larger rental company (Vacasa) and their customer service was severely lacking. With our family staying in this home, accessing the pool and beach, the dryer was a must. Even with hanging clothes up, we went home with damp clothes. Frustrating. Much of this could’ve been eased by a considerate and responsive team responding to us, but there was none beyond unsuccessful attempts to repair the dryer. Definitely missed the mark on treating us with personal customer service.

Awesome

Great house, nice pool, very clean, nice neighborhood, not far from the beach. Tv projector is not bright enough for the daytime and you can barely see it at night. But there are plenty of tvs that work. Loved the pool table as well. Overall the house was just right for our family vacation!

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious

Amazing home but projector screen in the living room took away from movie time bc it was never bright enough to see, even at night. Big disappointment. Otherwise, beautiful and clean in quiet neighborhood.
