Rammer Jammer-Gulf Front Home with Private Beach Crossover

  • Esta casa adosada de unidad final es luminosa, abierta y bien ventilada. La arena blanca y las aguas color esmeralda están a solo unos pasos de la puerta de atrás. Como beneficio adicional, un cruce de dunas privadas va directamente desde la cubierta a la playa.
    El plano de planta de concepto abierto cuenta con cómodos asientos para ver televisión o del Golfo, un área de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, barra de desayuno con capacidad para 3 y una cocina bien equipada. La planta principal también tiene un dormitorio de matrimonio y baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo.

    Arriba está el maestro king-size con un sofá cama y balcón privado frente al Golfo. También hay un bar con refrigerador para que pueda disfrutar de su primera taza de café o una gorra de noche al final del día en la privacidad de su habitación. El baño privado cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha a ras de suelo y baño privado.
    El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y baño privado.
    Una lavadora / secadora también está en el piso superior para su conveniencia.
    Directamente al lado de Journey's End y Seagull 3 si necesitas varias unidades.

This dog-friendly home is perfectly located and has everything to assure a very comfy stay. Even though floridian law prohibits dogs on beaches, we had plenty of options to exercise our puppy.

Best kept secret!

Location, location, location! Big and roomy house, nicely stocked kitchen. Would have loved a Ceiling over the main floor balcony so we could utilize it during and after a rain storm. We love having our coffee and our cocktails on the balcony, but we couldn’t do that several days because of the weather. Everything else was great.

This house was perfect!

We absolutely loved this house!! It was spotless when we arrived. We saw some bug bait stations which actually made us feel good because you’re always going to have bugs and they were doing something about it. The view was incredible and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being down the road from some of the bigger condos. Made the beach much less busy. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, but again, it’s just for a trip. We made do. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you bring a pet and in need of a vet I recommend Davis Animal Hospital in Pensacola. Our pup was in need and nobody in Navarre would help. Luckily this place is open from 5 pm to 10 pm for walkins. After that you become a client and can come regular hours. We had to go 3 times. Regardless we love this place and hope the area doesn't get over built.

Breathtaking Views Will Calm Your Soul

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved watching the beautiful aquamarine water and walking on the white soft sand. No commercial , few high rises , just nature make Navarre Beach a special place. Our rental was very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacay. Blue Moon was attentive to the few minor problems that arose. The property was pristine upon arrival! The only complaint was the master bedroom mattress is in dire need of replacement. All else was perfect!

The master bed was uncomfortable - Mattress had a sag in it and the springs noisy - Needs to be replaced.2. The water pressure in the master shower very low.3. We could hear the neighbors television at night as well as their teens gaming into the early morning hours.

Perfect

This is a flawless rental property. It's a beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated 3-story unit unit (one of 4) with every detail covered. The property couldn't be closer to the beach: the short boardwalk to the beach connects to the front porch. You can make a roundtrip to and from the water in 4 leisurely minutes. We loved being able to look out from the balcony and porch and easily see our group. When we had a minor issue with the coffee maker, the property manager was at our door in 5 minutes with a new one. The corner location makes for gorgeous views all day long. This is the best beach rental we've ever had. Thank you!

The beach view was fantastic. However, the bed in master bedroom was absolutely horrible. Any move that was made, turning, getting in & out of bed made horrible sounds. Noise as though it was falling apart! Paper towels & toilet paper were super cheap. Towels were like Kleenex & fell apart if you touched them with wet hand. Toilet paper was rough as sandpaper. There were only 9 dinner forks & I had wash them after 2 meals! Tested propane tank & apparently there was just enough to tease. Once I made burgers & tried to start grill there was NO propane. Keurig coffee pot was another issue. You never knew if it would make a full cup, 1/4 cup or overflow! For the amount of money we paid over all this was great worse place we’ve EVER stayed. Take my advice… DO NOT RENT RAMMER JAMMER!!

2023 Navarre Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Navarre Beach for about 45 years, it has always been my happy place. Of course as a kid, you don’t deal with rental companies, your parents do. As an adult, I have dealt with many of the rental companies on the island, and even some owners. Blue Moon has been my favorite one to deal with! There is always someone happy to help on the other end of the line, and with a great attitude! I will continue to use Blue Moon for my annual Navarre trip, that is until I finally move over for good! Then I’m sure they will help me find a realtor! Oh, and the Rammer Jammer is great!

ANOTHER GREAT VACATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great vacation at Rammer Jammer. Pet friendly condo. Convenient walk over. All kitchen necessities available. If bringing your furry friend please be advised that the side stairwell does not have a gate so they could dash down the steps and towards the road if you don't pay attention. Also the steps on the back porch have the back side open and it is wide enough for a small dog to fall through. Didn't have an issue with our older dog but young puppy was too curious. We used duct tape to run across each section to keep her curious mind from fall through. Other than those 2 things to be mindful of, everything was great as usual and Blue Moon is always quick to respond if you have any issues. Will be back next year with family who rent Seagull just 2 doors down in same condo complex.

Rammer Jammer

Blue moon vacation rental was excellent. They are awesome. We stayed at the Rammer Jammer 3 bed room house on the beach. Very clean. Great location with beautiful private beach view. Loved that at this spot it was private beach not public so the beach was not packed Found great shells. Had a blast will be returning.
