Nice, Clean Property.

This was a very nice, clean property we stayed at for a baseball tournament for my grandson. It was very convenient, close to a store and restaurants, and had very easy access to your car and parking. Nice, quiet place.

Great vacation!

We loved everything about this condo… the view, location was easy access to the beach, the pool, golfing, dining, and other entertainment in the area. Condo was very clean. Loved the app that was sent to us that gave us all of the information needed from getting our parking pass to checking in as well as recommendations for local restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this condo and location.

Summer Vacation 2023

We usually come to the beach each summer. We have stayed at numerous resorts on the island and this is by far the best stay we have had in a long time. The condo was clean and very well take care of. It was very spacious and comfy. We would definitely say her again. It was nice to be at a complex where you were not crowed on the beach and the 2 chairs and umbrella a day were a nice perk! The only thing I would suggest would be to get some new sheets for the beds. The ones that were on our bed would not stay on. We had to keep putting them back over the mattress, but that was not a major issue. We hope to come back next year and stay longer!

Very nice property in a great laid back location

My family really enjoyed this property . The location is great as it is away from all the hustle and bustle of Destin. We ask appreciated the reserved garage parking . In summary , we really enjoyed our vacation .

2021 Fall Beach Trip

Perfect beach getaway!

The condo and location were perfect for our getaway to Ft. Walton! It was plenty of room for our group of 4. The beach access and chairs were awesome! We also took advantage of the free rounds of golf; so easy to schedule! Only issue was that the tub in the front bathroom does not drain well. We will for sure be back to Summerlin 103!

Great Vacation Spot

A great property in a great location! Very well kept and not too crowded. We had a wonderful time at the beach in a very comfortable condo. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was great! Location, covered parking, beach, condo amenities, etc. The only thing that needs attention is the bathtub in master bathdrains extremely slowly.

Great place, mattresses the worst ever, too many emails

Nice place, clean, beautiful beach. Five emails are excessive for reservation and checking into a place. Too many to look into to find information I actually needed. Both mattresses sink in a foot under 200 lbs.

Great experience. For people flying in, it would have been nice to have: scissors, wine glasses, storage containers, tote bag for beach, and additional plastic drink ware. The beach umbrella-chair guy was great

Cozy condo on the beach

The condo was immaculate and updated. Absolutely everything was in excellent working order. The mobile check-in and check-out through the app was nice. We were two couples and it was a perfect size. The views were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a Publix very nearby. We appreciated all of the extra steps that were taken (and communicated) about cleaning practices during COVID-19. The only tiny suggestion we would have is that it would have been nice to have some wine glasses. We also brought an HDMI to HDMI cable so that we could play movies from our laptop on the TV.

Enjoyed our condo and location

This condo is really nice, updated and in a great location. Easy access to beach, elevator, car . Loved the personal parking spot and keyless entry also. Perfect view to beach. Right over the pool which can be good, but also busy. Also enjoyed the 2 chair rental and umbrella included for the week. Like the cleanness of tile throughout the condo ! We will definately rent this condo again in the future! And checking paperwork was a breeze! Thanks
