Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious. The patio chairs were great to sit in and look out at the beach and ocean. The location was perfect for our needs, especially getting to the convention center multiple times a day, just took minutes.

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, beautiful views, so spacious and clean. The balcony is so nice. Having 3 bathrooms and bathrooms is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pools and hot tub are spotless (the guy is out there cleaning every single morning). The umbrella service with the chairs is so perfect! It's a very family friendly beach also. Not a party place and so peaceful. We love EVERY single thing about this place and feel so blessed every time we get to go. We have gone every other year (and one time 3 years in a row) for years. I can't wait to go back! Also Brooks and Shorey are amazing and super responsive every time I email or call them.
