Excellent unit. Great view. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, containers, and gadgets. Bedding and towels are good quality. The area is beautiful and relaxing… it lacks the noise and congestion of many typical beach cities…a HUGE plus! This is our third stay in this unit, and we have never been disappointed.

Condo is as pictured. It's gorgeous! Beds are comfortable. View from the balcony is amazing. Kitchen has everything you would need. The beach chair and umbrella service that comes with the rental is nice. You don't have to carry your beach chairs and umbrella back and forth everyday and setup. It's already done for you. We will definitely be back!

Always a pleasure

We stayed for four days, and it went by way to quickly. The beach was lovely, and the condo is always clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in this condo 16 times. We have been coming to Navarre for 9 years this October. Planning another trip soon.

Beautiful!

Condo and location were amazing!!! The views were outstanding…especially sunrise views! Our condo was exactly what we needed and then some. We hope to be back in the future! As for the check in process, I had to call in order to get the code to the condo because it wasn’t sent to me by check in time. Some of the other codes and passwords that were sent to me in advance were also inaccurate. Luckily, there was a binder in the condo with the correct information. Pool bands were not in the condo so I also needed to ask the property manager to get those to us so that we could use the pool. They were fairly timely at getting those to us though.

Another great visit

This is the first time my wife and I stayed in this unit at The Pearl. The Pearl is a great facility with a friendly staff. We enjoyed this unit. It has all the essentials for a beach visit. The VRBO photos are accurate. Having an ocean view and balcony access from the master bedroom is a wonderful bonus. The unit is clean, the view is awesome, and it comes with 2 beach chairs. Juan, the gentleman who sets up the beach chairs, is always friendly. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the owner responds quickly if needed. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful condo & location

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was beautiful and my husband and I loved the views of the beach from the 16th floor. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make meals with no problem. We did have several bothersome maintenance issues. Our internet and TV service went out after the first night of our 3 night stay. TV never returned, but an unsecured internet was provided after I reached out to the host later in the day. Then the 2nd night, we lost water around 7pm and were unable to shower, flush toilets, or anything the rest of the night. I tried to reach out to the host with no response. It did return the next morning. We wish communication would have been better with the host as even when we were suppose to check in, we never received the code until I reached out to them after the check in time. We normally don’t leave negative reviews, but these issues did negatively impact our stay.

Always a solid stay

Love the Pearl and Merle (with Starfish). Such a great property. And please pass on to Justin and his team (Jennifer, et al) how well they keep up the place. Only thing that was inoperable were the gas grills but they should be back functioning soon.

Enjoyed stay but!!!!!!!

Rated cleanliness because we killed over a dozen roaches and when we tryed to call the property management we were answered with a txt. I asked for them to call me not txt didn’t get a response until a week after we were gone. And just a txt again saying sorry about the bugs. I dnt normally leave bad reviews and wouldn’t have if it would have been taken care of.

Never disappointed

We have been staying in Navarre at the Pearl for seven years. Two college friends and i, who graduated in 1971, got back together for these trips. It has been an amazing experience, and the accommodations at the Pearl are fabulous! Our property manager is the absolute best. He does everything he can to make our stay pleasant.
