We absolutely loved our stay at this condo at Portofino! The view from our condo was spectacular! The condo was super clean! The beds were amazing! We love the resort because it has everything! My husband got a massage at the spa for some shoulder stiffness and he said it was great! My daughter and her friend loved the beach! Our sunset dolphin excursion was amazing! We're locals and booked for the Homecoming Blue Angels air show. We had a great view of the show from our balcony and booked a resort Blue Angels cruise to watch the show center point. This condo unit is the closest of all the towers to the resort's amenities: restaurants, bar, pools, and water sport rentals. Immaculately clean with everything you need. We highly recommend!!

Another Trip in Paradise!

Second year in a row in this beautiful condo! Literally lacks nothing. Location, view, cleanliness, stocked well, nice decor, comfy beds, etc etc! We had one MINOR issue with working the TV and got a call back within five minutes of asking about it. Mary is the best! Highly recommend this condo. We will be back again next year!

Great stay with love how clean the unit was - amazing view! Also just the fact that they have the small basics you need for the trip and do not have to go shopping for weird things like trash bags , dish soap, or even beach towels. They have the placed stocked!We will stay with them again!

The property is one of our favorites. We've been here about 10 times in the last 15 years. I wish some of the condos would update appliances, the outdoor grill and some of the outlets to include USB or USBc plugs. The oven especially because it takes so long to cook on the stovetop & the oven. The condo itself was very clean and very nice but just would like some modern updates.

We have stayed in this unit a few times as well as other managed my Mary. The extras provided make her rentals better than any other. Detergent, plastic bags, slat and pepper, beach towels and chairs,etc. Those things are small but make a difference. Property is always clean and comfortable; we were even allowed in earlier than expected. Top notch! We will be back. .

Portofino Island is beautiful place to be. Ocean and bay views, plenty of swimming pools and restaurants right on property. Our condo was nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was fully accommodating, condiments appreciated. Very clean we enjoyed our time there. I recommend staying there.

Amazing property

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young boys, 6 and 9. We all loved this unit so much! The view 😍 when you first walk into the door. We spent much of our down time out on the balcony watching the waves and playing games. Kitchen was well stocked, as was everything else. The beach extras were a perk, especially the beach toys for the kids! Having a pool at the base of the tower was quite nice, too, after a long hot afternoon on the beach. Everything in the unit felt cozy and very clean. This was our first time in Pensacola and def not our last. Highly recommend the boat shuttle from Portofino to the boardwalk! Great way to get out on the water and not have to park at the boardwalk. Enjoyed the best food at the Grand Marlin, Sidelines, and NOLA cafe!! Thanks again to Mary for being a great host!!!

Love this condo and resort

Our first time at the Portofino and it was just what we were looking for. Host was super easy to communicate with. Condo extras were nice. I could have been informed of the 3000+ kids arriving during our stay (not fun) but it wouldn’t have changed our booking as our dates were fixed. We worked around it.
