Overall Good

The house itself was great. Definitely needs better mattress pads and sheets. Unfortunately the pool at the property was dirty every day . The Tiki Bar is fun but gets a little non family friendly. I also did not realize that anyone off the street can come to the tiki bar to drink & eat. I thought it was a private resort.

Great place to stay

The resort itself was great. We stayed the 10 other families so it was nice for everyone to have their own house, but still have the pool and tiki bar to hang out. My only problem was our place was very dirty. As soon as we walked in, we felt sand under our feet. I understand there is sand everywhere around the resort, but it seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was sand all over the stairs and upstairs. Piles of sand under the beds and dressers. We then noticed that the dishwasher had not been cleaned out either. Someone was sent over right away to clean that out and then she was going to start sweeping, but how uncomfortable to have someone sleeping for hours while my family of 6 was in the house? Overall the place was great, but the cleaners need to spend more time and do it right.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Fun Pool. Quick responses with issues. Very friendly staff. Dealt with disposal not working, maintenance came right away.Problem, no blankets or bed spreads, just sheets. Brought the next day, but uncomfortable first night. This should never happen. Pillows, uncomfortable. Couch okay , but with our family of 4 + two kids, not great for watching a movie. Area rug is horrid! Fibers stick to socks, and holds tons of sand. Was not clean when we came. We swept and vacuumed, it certainly was not done well before we came. Everything else was pretty clean.Preview says kitchen well stocked. It had dishes, serving ware, knives, pans, etc. But do not count on salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc. it has none. Most Airbnb we have used are well stocked with basics.Appliances working great, stove, microwave, fridge, etc good. No cleaning supplies or kitchen sponges.Overall, liked would stay again, but look at other units. Beds okay, on firm side.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air Conditioning didn't work, broken dining room window, shade covering front window torn, food under couch, pull out mattress dirty and sunk in middle - bad mattress, parking lot filled w/ trash bins -parking hard to get. Definitely not as advertised.

Tropical paradise

This property was amazing! Our family loved how spacious it was, much nicer than being cramped in a hotel suite. The location could not be better. It is located minutes from Johnson’s Beach, a few minutes from Orange Beach, and about 40 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean and up to date. The kids enjoyed the pool with waterfall while my husband and I got a drink at the tiki bar and listened to the live band. We always had close parking and only faintly heard construction noises during the day. This property is surrounded by amazing restaurants. Our family never had a bad meal. If you are looking to relax, refocus, and enjoy your trip, you want to stay here.
