Kitchen was well-stocked, beds very comfortable, great view from the porch, and property was well-maintained inside and out. One of the elevators wasn't working, and then the second one stopped, but mgt took care of it and it was back online in a day.

Condo is very nice and balcony view is spectacular! Property grounds and pools are well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only issue was the dryer made a loud knocking noise. We did let management know it needed to be looked at after we left and just hung our clothes to air dry. Also, just know the condo is right by the elevators so you will hear the noise. We used our sound machine on our phone to drown out the noise at bedtime, which worked just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice property

Check in was seamless and easy, communication was for the most part good (only discrepancy we had was a misunderstanding of a coffee maker-both types are available in this unit as an FYI.) I would highly recommend

Very nice Condo, especially knowing how old Sandy Key Condos are! We stayed there a couple of times with our kids when they were young and now they are in their forties. Housekeeping only left one hand towel, three washcloths and three bath towels per bathroom. Really needed more hand towels. Condo needs large baking dish(9 x 13), spatula(not a single one) and a couple of mixing bowls(had a very small one) Also only four coffee cups??? We had a great time, just wanted to let yall know what was lacking. Thanks

Perfect Getaway

The owners thought of everything, including labeled shelves in the kitchen, framed notes for Wi-Fi, etc., and a snack basket. It was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit and read on a rainy day. Thank you for everything!

Short getaway

Everything was nice. Convenient location. Liked the elevator was close to the room. The condo was close to the beach, which is nice. TV to difficult to figure out. Bathroom mirrors to low for tall people. But overall very nice, clean, and very well decorated.

Everything was perfectly decorated, clean, and well stocked. Amazing beach view from the balcony! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Hosts were great with communication. Overall wonderful visit, only wish we had longer to stay!

Amazing Place To Stay!

This was our first time staying at Perdido Key, so we didn't know what to expect. We absolutely loved it! The condo was everything we could have wanted. The pictures don't even do it justice. It was super clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. I loved having a washer and dryer to be able to wash our beach towels. The large table out on the balcony was great for having meals outside. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Perdido Key!

Beautiful, convenient, fully equipped condo

This unit had everything we could need and more. Our hosts had all the extras! Beach towels, snacks, everything you could need for cooking and a super convenient storage unit for sandy beach towels!! We had an amazing week at the beach!

Nice and enjoyable

The condo was clean, great decor, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was great communication from the hosts and they were very responsive to my messages and addressed my questions. We enjoyed everything about the condo and the location. Just steps from the pools and beach. Great views from the balcony. A short drive to some great restaurants. It was a great place to relax. We just wished we could have stayed longer! I would recommend to others and would come back myself.
