En servicio al cliente todo muy bien. Limpieza, condiciones del hotel y de las habitaciones HORRIBLE. Lamentablemente no volvería a reservar. Tampoco lo recomiendo. Falta de mantenimiento en todo y no hacen limpieza a las habitaciones. TERRIBLE.

I’ve never felt actually scared at a hotel before. We ended up having to leave at 5am because there were so many foreign men wandering the hallways yelling at each other. The towels, bedding etc were all stained. We got in at night and pretty much went to sleep and then woke up to pure madness starting at 3am. Non stop. There was piles of trash in the hallways to the point where it made me throw up because of the smell. DO NOT STAY HERE. I also have tons of bug bites

My stay at this hotel was decent considering the price point. The room was clean and functional, although it lacked some modern amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my visit more pleasant. The location was convenient for visiting my son at the nearby navy base, but the overall ambiance was average. It served its purpose for a short stay.

The room was clean. There was something on the floor that made it slippery. There was no table or chair that you could sit at to watch the tv. The one there was. was against the wall and the tv didn't rotate. There was an ironing board but no iron. There was coffee packs but no coffee maker.

部屋はリニューアルしたのかコンセントも多くて床も綺麗でしたが、隣の施設の作業員が明け方1時過ぎからジェット水洗を使うためエンジン音がうるさいし、部屋のヒーター、冷蔵庫のコンプレッサーがうるさかった。 部屋の装備としてはポットとドライヤーが無かった。ポットは前の旅行者が何するか分からないから分かるけど、ドライヤーは盗難されるから?デポジットを50ドル要求されたけどちゃんと帰ってくるのかな? ルームクリーニングとタオル交換は毎日ちゃんとチップ置いておいたのでやって欲しかった。変なルール作らずドアノブにクリーニングに入って欲しいというタブでも作ってくれればと思った。

Terrible management and 1 star motel service
We arrived 15 minutes before check in and they said they were still cleaning rooms. Went back at check in and still cleaning. The manager/owner proceeded to argue with cleaning staff in middle of lobby. He was yelling and cursing at them, so was the maid. 40 minutes later we checked in and walked into the hallways and smelled like strong weed throughout hotel. Our friends room next door was the point of origin of them smell and they had to switch rooms to another floor. Our room that was half cleaned and smelled like someone dumped a bottle of bleach in the room and mopped it. The appliances are falling apart and the hotel painted over the appliances to make them seem “new”. Tv and remotes barely worked. Tub controls had to be messed with for 3 mins to get a decent temperature. The inside pool had no heat and was ice cold. The pool room echoed and we got told we couldn’t talk loud by the receptionist, because people on the first floor were complaining about the “loudness”. One of the maids came to our room (the one who was arguing with the owner) and harassed us to “have her back” in case she got fired. Another maid told us to lock our locks on our hotel door because outside people come and check opened doors. All kind of people cut through parking lot between businesses in middle of night and hang out in parking lot. Went outside twice to people looking into cars in parking lot ( one was my car). Horrible hotel, service, and location.
