Wonderful place!

This is our second year in a row staying here and it's become our favorite! Michelle is wonderful and you can tell takes pride in her condo. She is easy to communicate with responds quickly. The storage unit is a huge bonus with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. My kids have already asked to come back next year and I can't wait!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 aged 6, 10 and 13. The bedroom for them worked great with the bunk and full size beds. The condo was very well kept and taken care of. The view is amazing from the deck and furniture out there comfy and updated. This is a great pick for sandy key. I highly recommend this condo. Thanks for everything.

Great Stay

The property was great. It was perfectly clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of extra blankets for those of us who needed more layers at night as well as extra bath towels. The location was wonderful and access to the beach was perfect. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. It was a perfect 4th of July stay for our family of six.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week at this property! The storage unit was fantastic and amazing to have access to. Unit was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. Communication with the owner was incredible and she had some great recommendations on places to eat! Our trip wasn't even finished, and my kids were already asking to come back again next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we can't wait to return!

Great condo and location!

We loved Sandy Key! Our condo was clean and fully stocked with anything we may have needed. We loved having the storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for our kids. The beach was clean and was not overcrowded, which was the best part. Such a relaxing, calm vacation! We will definitely be back.

Great Getaway

We had an awesome week. The crowds were down and the weather was great. The condo is right on the beach and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised there were Pickleball courts. We will definitely be back.

Our highest recommendation!

Our girl's getaway was made that much sweeter thanks to our stay in this beautiful condo! Easy check-in process, friendly overall complex, and a great location in a quieter section of Perdido Key just up from Johnson's Beach. The unit has literally everything you could need (and I'm picky, ha!). The owners and on-site manager were very responsive and welcoming. The decor is inviting, fun, modern and instantly puts you in a beach + vacation mood! Well-appointed kitchen to suit any chef. Lots of indoor/outdoor seating for meals and hanging out in the evenings. The balcony is spacious & comfortable...and offers GREAT views of the ocean and sunrises & sunsets. All beds were so comfortable - all of us slept very well throughout our stay! And, there are so many nice restaurants nearby (Jellyfish and Jaco's were great!). Nice walking trails along Johnson's Beach Rd and into town, too. Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores right up the road. We give this great unit our highest recommendation and will be back without a doubt ~ thank you!
