I highly recommend staying here. It’s clean, includes several kitchen appliances such as a blender, hand mixer, air fryer, toaster, BBQ Grill Utensils and more. The home is centrally located in Pensacola and has easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and UWF. The neighborhood is beautiful the homeowners were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental did NOT disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home’s location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, activities for the kids and the Naval Aviation Museum! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a very comfortable stay. The pool was such a hit! The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to offer beach and restaurant recommendations.

Excellent Family Getaway House

Great place for a family to spend a quiet getaway. Clean, lots of room, well stocked. Screened pool is great with the Florida bugs. Great house in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of on-site parking. Owner communication was excellent throughout.

Fantastic

My husband and I with our four children stayed here. We were very comfortable. Inside is nicely updated and clean. Of course we loved the backyard and pool. Plenty of seating to hang out. House had anything we could need. For parents of young children they are pretty equipped in baby proof stuff. Had kid utensils too. If anyone has a mobility issue the master bathroom can accommodate you. I love the shower in there! For us the house was a great location. We went to other cities and it's not far from Pensacola beach. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. People waved at us as they walked by. A toilet broke during our stay, Chris got a plumber in right away and replaced it. He bought our family pizza for the inconvenience which was very nice and delicious! I'd definitely recommend this home for your stay!

First time user - success

I rented this home on a last minute decision to vacation in Florida. My daughters been asking to go there so I gave in. The house was so beautiful and clean. It had towels, dishes and soaps so you didn’t have to pack excessively, which also made it super nice. The pool was the real selling point for me when booking due to covid and hurricane season we wanted to be sure we had some swimming option no matter what for the kids. The location was super great. The neighborhood is very quiet and just outside of town enough that it was still convenient to get to town, but not have all the city traffic. Chris was terrific about communicating with me. We kept in touch as the booking got closer and when my flight was moved up we were even able to get in early, after the cleaning was finished, so we didn’t have to wait around longer. We will definitely be coming back here if we come to Pensacola or near by in the future!

The perfect place for R&R

If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind, this is it! The only thing wrong was that our stay wasn’t longer. From check-in to check-out, the entire process went smoothly. The owners were wonderful in that they were quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with majestic oaks. There were plenty of toiletries, dishes, and beach towels. We enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and grilling on the back patio while the kids splashed in the huge pool. There were many places to sit and enjoy looking out over the beautiful backyard. The privacy fence made our stay feel very intimate. Thank you, Chris, for being such a great host. We look forward to returning soon. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful house and area

We stayed here while we are waiting for our house to be built. It has everything you’d want or need. The pool is great and location is great as well. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for a better stay.

There's nothing like walking in a place and immediately feeling at home. The location was perfect. They went above and beyond when it come to all of the amenities. Not to mention their hospitality was too notch. The pool was a little on the small side. Just kidding it's a freakin massive king sized 20x40 oasis. Well maintained and not to mention it's also completely screened in. I could go on and on about our amazing stay but I'd hate for you to miss your opportunity to rent it because of my novel. So what are you waiting for click reserve and plan to have an amazing stay. Like I said in the beginning you couldn't ask for a better stay.

The perfect vacation home

The house was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for the week. The owners were very attentive, helpful and thoughtful (even had some spices in the cabinet so we wouldn't need to go purchase those). The pool and backyard are very private and the screened-in pool area was perfect to keep the bugs out. Pensacola beach is about 30 min away. We made lots of great memories in this house and are already looking forward to visiting in the future.
