Enjoyed our stay! It was very crowded in Pensacola with the Blue Angels show. These townhouses are located in a more lowkey area, but very convenient to trolley stops. Beach was not at all crowded. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful and beautiful home

I highly recommend this beautiful home me and my kids and husband enjoy it for my anniversary and his birthday and everyone was friends and beautiful place to see beach and a far walk to beas .

This was the first time we tried a family Christmas vacation and it was so amazing! It was my husband and myself and our five children ranging in ages 15-24, and the place was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was great - with everything I could ever think of to cook with on vacation plus more. Plenty of serving trays, cups, silverware, dinnerware, etc. The kitchen space was plentiful as well with a large dinner table to fit the entire family and open to a large living room. The bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms were great for our family. The location to the beach was absolutely perfect as well as closeness to restaurants and shopping. This place and experience far exceeded my expectations!

Everything was wonderful at this property!

The stay was great at this property. It was clean and the kitchen had newer appliances and lots of dishes etc. Even tho it was cooler weather, we enjoyed the sun on the large deck.

Beach house

This place is awesome. Close to all kinds of activities. The condo is right on the beach. Fully stocked kitchen.The unit has lots of room. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.

Wonderful!

Beautiful townhome. Great gulf views, and easy access to the beach. The only problem we had was figuring out how to use the TV. We'll be back again.

Five happy guests

Location was great, with the beach literally a boardwalk over the dune from the patio. The townhouse was equipped as advertised but the extras made our week such as the garage, generous providing of all of the beach gear you would need , and comfortable space for 3 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was far better equipped than the typical beach rental.

Cool beach vacation

We really enjoyed the quiet....not many people in the area. The property was fine. Some of the furniture has seen better days. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

Long weekend with family

The house was lovely and we really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen and living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with more equipment and dishes than we would ever need. Parking was easy, access to the beach was as well. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great! I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the near future. Thank you for a great place for us to reconnect with family.

Heaven on the beach

All was perfect: Everything worked, all the doors locked (which has not been true of the Property Manager we previously used), and it was well stocked with seasonings and toys. Cleanliness got four stars, because it was dirty under the sofa, bed in the den. All said, I highly recommend this condo.

Awesome

U guys were great. On time with booking. Better than I imagine. Even had dolphins on the beach playing. My grandkids did not want to leave. Great. I will check with u first on my next visit. Very input what a great Expedia ce we had with u all. What a beautiful place. Thank I. Hope to stay again soon. U guys rock!!!!!!

We have always loved staying in this unit, We haven't stayed for the last two years. We were surprised and disappointed at the lack of maintenance of the property this year. It needs deep cleaning in the carpets, baseboards and and baseboards, etc. We needed to rewash the silverware, dishes and pots and pans (dried on food). We wonder if the property must be under new ownership. even the dishes, pots and pans, silverware The carpets need cleaning, all the pots and pans, dishes, silverware e many times.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is fantastic! You are right next to the beach. A pool for the kids if it gets too rough in the ocean. Everything you need for a shrimp/crab boil. Nice kitchen for cooking so you don't have to wait in line eating out. Close to all the attractions on the island. We've been coming to this spot for a few years and will be back next year!

Some of the furniture was unusable, soiled/dirty. Not enough pillows in the bedroom. TV in the bedroom was too small, couldn't see the channels, programming in the bedroom was useless. Would not ever book this condo again.

We will be back

We stayed at Port Side Villas the week of March 25, 2023. The house was clean and well stocked. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc in the garage. I liked that we had a 2 car garage. We had a short walk to the beach on the private walkway. The beach had beautiful white sand. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The only (minor) issues we had were the directions on trash disposal as we had trouble finding the dumpster, and we did not know if we had to recycle, and we also had trouble getting the gate open when we first arrived. We found that we had to pull up close to the gate to get it to open. This was our first trip to Pensacola and we will be back. We would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the Navy Air Museum and watching the Blue Angels practice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been going to PB and Ft. Pickens road for 37 years and this was one of the best trips yet! PSV condo was very large and pretty comfy! Beds weren't great but I've slept on worse! Memory foam mattress toppers would help! The large utility room and full size washer dryer was awesome!While the walk to the beach itself was short, the wooden boardwalk had very steep stairs so it was tough for an older person (my 86 yr old mom). Highly recommend the HOA rebuild and use a ramp so folks can wheel a wagon of beach toys out there rather than have to carry everything! Navarre Management folks were very responsive and helpful.
